After years thinking about laser for years I am glad I never went earlier because I wouldn't have seen Joanne! She immediately made me feel comfortable and talked me through the changes I could expect to see when and where. My skin and avoiding damage is always top priority and midway through treatment it was adjusted to suit my fair skin in combination with the summer sun - something I would never think to ask about. I would recommend anyone coming here for laser - and I plan to book in for more - Joanne is so easy to get along with and accommodating.

Had several microneedling appointments with Jo! Fantastic experience overall. Not only did I see results in my acne scarring, I really felt like Jo provided such a personal and caring experience. She asked lots of questions about why I wanted the treatment done and even though I hadn't booked the scarring-specific treatment (was too expensive) she worked really hard to focus the treatment around helping my scars as much as possible. Always really friendly and positive - really recommend! This part I would definitely rate 5 stars!

Only side note I would say is some communication on the company's side (not Jo - she was great!) was sometimes difficult. Things like prices not really fully aligning with what appeared to be advertised and for one of my consultations I also was charged a different price than I expected based on how things were represented when I booked. Would recommend some clearing up of the website / comms in general here to not leave customers feeling dissatisfied.

Went for a annual Moles check. Staff very professional, helpful & informative.Very happy with my consultation.

Seen Dr Tracey today, very pleasent, went through everything perfectly. Would highly reccomend seeing her for any skin concerns.

I had a really nice experience. The lady who looked after me was amazing. I am gutted she is leaving Skin but I am sure she will be successful in her next chapter of life.

I have just finished a course of roaccutane with SKN and dealt with Julia and Hannah, they were both so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I had monthly blood tests with Hannah and from someone who hates needles, she was great!! Would come back in a heartbeat.

Latara has been really great with me. She has made me feel comfortable and restored hope in my laser hair removal journey. 2/8 great sessions done. Looking forward to the next 6. x

Absolutely amazing team and service. Dr Odeke, Simran and Paige were professional and kind when I was feeling vulnerable about my skin issue and even got me in for treatment the same afternoon as my consultation when they knew I had travelled from another city and really wanted a solution as soon as possible. I have been happy with the results so far. Will post an update in a few weeks!

Quick and easy; very friendly staff. I felt comfortable throughout and the follow up appointment was quick and efficient. Dr. Torkan was excellent, I would highly recommend the service. It is expensive though!

I visited Skn yesterday in Liverpool. I had the best experience. The location, the services and the team are all great.
I was there to meet their medical Dr Parveen and that was the icing on the cake.

Chelsie, from the Middlesbrough branch, has been covering at the Newcastle branch and has been excellent. She clearly works very hard to keep the Newcastle clinic organised. I also had my treatment with her and found her to be very friendly, professional, and approachable.

My only concern with the Newcastle branch is the waiting time before appointments. On both occasions I attended, I experienced significant delays. The first time I waited almost an hour before being called in, and the second visit involved a wait of around 45 minutes. While I understand that appointments can occasionally overrun, this appears to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident, which can be quite frustrating. The branch seems quite chaotic with a small waiting area.

Unfortunately, the delay during my second appointment also resulted in me receiving a parking fine due to the additional time spent at the clinic.

Aside from the waiting times, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and Chelsie in particular provides an excellent service and delivers treatments professionally.
