I ordered Skin Ceuticals Purifying Cleanser Gel 200ml. It has glycolic acid. Instead, I received Simply Clean Gel 195 ml. It has sulfonic acid.

The La Roche Posay was unoriginal…
The La Roche Posay was unoriginal nothing like the original ones. All the serum was runny and has no smell the texture is nothing like La Roche Posay which I have been using it for a long time. Never buying anything from this website.

I sent an email that one of the 4 bottles was damaged and is unusable. I requested a replacement or refund whatever is fine. My preference is replace the broken items.
