Unfriendly and unprofessional. They are violating many EU rules on freedom for EU citizens but they just don’t care. Denying applications without any reason even when pointing their mistakes out.

We have purchased a business property (farm) but will be in Sweden for less than 6 months. Hence they will not give out a personnummer. We have rented out the Hunting rights --> which is a business activity and we have to report this as a business income and charge VAT on this.

Skatteverket just doesn’t want to register us for VAT, even when pointing out that we are obliged by law to do so.

The case office demanded that I have to…

The case office demanded that I have to remove my address from Denmark, before she could approve my registration in Sweden and once I removed my address from Denmark that she rejected my request. She asked for serveral documents and I sended them on a Friday and then I received a letter on Tuesday. And her reason was that she could not connect me to the documents that I provied, because she suspected it is someone else's document. So why not just report me to the police but NO. They told me to appeal then I waited a whole year for them to tell me go and apply again and my address situation is still unknown. The level of corruption is unbearable.

Zero star if i could.

Zero star if i could.

Skatteverket customer service is the worse you can come about in Sweden. They are very rude, unprofessional and untrained. I wonder how they get qualified to work there.

I applied to get a document from them and after staying in line on phone for about 3 hours. *not the first time* I finally got to apply for the document from one of their workers.

Now after 4 weeks of applying and not receiving any email of confirmation, i wrote to them since it is impossible to get them on phone.

Here is one of the mean replies i got : "as you can see you are not the only one requesting a document so we will get to you whenever it is your turn.

I replied that i wrote because i did not get any confirmation email or the sort, explaining why it is taking so ling to get it. At least something with a little more information about waiting times and then they reply in a rude manner again that i would not bore you with.

In short, They are a service company but have no idea about how service works. It sucks that there is not any other entity to use. They need to hire people who are professionals and service minded.

I have experienced a lot of rudeness and disrespect from this company that i am simply tired of them.

They give our information public whitout ask us if we want to be public and not privat information!!!!!
Like the big s..t Mr.Koll and all others in Google, very bad Sweden!!!

personal tax department is the worst…

personal tax department is the worst department. long waiting time, rude employees who don’t bother assist you. i imagine most of them hate their job and all they want is their salaries at the end of the month. the skatteveret should be ashamed of itself for having such poor customer service. i lived in third word countries and their government organisations customers service were much better and more helpful than the Swedish one. Skatteverket charges high taxes on income and their service is so poor.

Sweden extortion mafia

I was in Sweden in march just before COVID-19 and passed maby 100 cameras on my trip in 3 days. 2 Months later i received a trængselsafgift on 36SEK but I recived the letter too late for me to be able too pay it on time. I payed it the same day. 1 Month later i recived another one on 500SEK because I missed the first payment date. They printed out the 2.bill after I had allready paid the first one. I contacted them and they said i Quote: "We dont care if you recived the letter to late that is not our problem. It is written in the Swedish law that if you miss the payment date you have to pay 500SEK. And that it was me that should know about the rules before going to sweden.
