Everything went fast and uncomplicated with the delivery of my skates. I was unlucky in that a material issue led to an immediate fracture of both lower brackets on my skates.
The process of getting dealt with this was very frustrating - mails were not replied sometimes, often there would be different people replying that did not know about the history of the case. I would really advise SkatePro to get a proper system with corresponder ID in which to track service cases, this has been a bit of a nightmare.
The people have been accommodating and I have gotten spare parts, but it was a difficult process ...

Ordered USD Aeons from Denmark, paid on the 15th and received on the morning of the 18th. Quality customer service, quality products and good knowledge, would use again!

I love buying stuff from this web shop as they have the fastest delivery I have ever tried from danish web shops. I have quite often tried having the item at hand in the morning after ordering it the night before. All that said, I am really (really!) disappointed that they have closed or sold off their physical shops. Buying accessories and spare parts are great as you usually know what you need, and if not, the support and live chat is very helpful. But for buying skates, I prefer trying them out physically. There is a return policy and that's nice and all, but its tedious, and more work to receive and send back items

This is one of the best websites for skating. Competent suggestions about skates size. The return policy is fantastic: 365 days for returning an item purchased from them, prearranged delivery for return items with a very easy process. Shopping online is very easy with them.
When I asked for a very quick dispatch they did their best.

Ordered trucks, bearings, wheels and bolts for a skateboard for my son on Saturday before Whit Sunday - at about 8 pm. On Whit Monday at 9 am I had the products - everything in perfect condition - THANK YOU!

I ordered skates 4/30/20. Today is 5/29/30 I've requested a refund through email several times. The charges we're immediately taken out of my account. But shipping has been pending since 4/30.The skates are stuck in Denmark.The phone lines are blocked due to heavy call volume they are not taking incoming calls. I haven't received a response other than an automated email saying they'll respond within 10 days. Buyer beware DO NOT order from this company.
* I have ordered 2 other pairs of skates 5/10/20 from another company and I received them within 2 weeks without delay

I come here to provide information for people who are thinking of buying at skatepro. Make a purchase but my unusual product was missing. I tried to contact the company by email but they don't respond. It is not a serious company, it does not respect customers. Do not buy in this store!

Ordered the ua bone 140deck which is 5.5" wide and 22" black. The package was available for pickup after 4 days of ordering it from Dk to finland helsinki. Very satisfied with the deck it rides like a dream.

Not professional approach towards people seeking career. Problems with replying emails on time and not very pleasant way speaking through phone.
