Buy at your own risk
Horrible horrible horrible. Do not purchase from this company. I received skates with holes in the liners so I called customer service and they instructed me to email the claims department and attach photos of the damage. Two weeks and one follow up email later and I still have not received a response from anyone. I will eat the return shipping fee and take my business elsewhere.

Online okay instore not so good…
The online ordering was fine but the size was not good so went to the store to return the skates and get a different size the assistant in store did not offer any suitable alternatives, made no attempt to order a larger pair from suppliers or give us any indication when skates would be back in stock. Got a refund but will have to spend my money elsewhere
