SiteMinder Pay and channel Plus are good addons if you are interested. Rates can be modified easily, with one or two steps: [percentage then amount or opposite etc]. Excellent support team, one of its most valuable prons!

Needed help to update the property code on connection to Agoda as we had a New Listing. I used the Chat bot to ask the question and when I could not update as per instructions I asked to speak with human. So quick and Alyssa fixed it up so quickly. Love the Chatbot it is so easy!

Awful Company!
We decide to give Siteminder a go as our new hotel system and stated we would like a months trial to see how we got on.
Within a week the system was not up to scratch and we emailed over 15 times stating we did not want to continue with the system and it was not suitable for us.
We have since been charged over £2000 as that is their policy.
Really poor communication and money grabbing company.

My experience with SiteMinder has been nothing but a nightmare. Their repeated mistakes, poor service, and complete lack of accountability have caused serious disruptions to my business.
First, during the initial setup, their system failed to import prices correctly. As a result, my customers were able to book rooms at incorrect rates, forcing me to cancel reservations and deal with disgruntled guests. This wasn’t just inconvenient—it damaged my reputation as a property owner.
When I reached out to SiteMinder's support team for help, they shifted the blame and assigned tasks to me that were supposed to be their responsibility. For example, I was told to manually push XML logs to resolve issues—a task that should have been handled by their team during setup. On top of that, the support team consistently ignored several of my critical questions, providing incomplete answers and refusing to acknowledge their role in these errors.
I also discovered that basic functionality, like the ability to book directly through Google using the Google card button, wasn’t even available despite being promised as part of their service. This further impacted my ability to attract and retain customers.
When I finally decided to terminate the service due to their gross incompetence, they demanded an exorbitant cancellation fee for a year-long contract. Given the repeated failures on their part, I believe this fee is entirely unjustified. They failed to deliver the services they promised, and I shouldn’t be penalized for their incompetence.
SiteMinder’s inability to take responsibility for their mistakes and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs. Their service has been unreliable, their support has been unhelpful, and their business practices are deeply unfair.
If you value your time, money, and reputation, do not use SiteMinder. Look elsewhere for a provider that can actually deliver on their promises.

Terrible Customer Service
If you change channel managers be careful of siteminder tactics. That will take away access. fair enough you don't want them anymore. But boy if you need to cancel any bookings that were made to ensure any owed commission is a true reflection watch out. They become very belligerent.
We had thought of returning but after dealing with their rude support team we won't be back.
