I was misled into purchasing this service.

Extremely disappointing!

I feel that I was misled into purchasing this service.

During the sales process, I was given a very different impression of the level of support, opportunities, and professional guidance that I would receive. Those representations played a significant role in my decision to sign up and invest a substantial amount of money.

Once I had signed the contract and made my payment, the experience changed dramatically. Communication became difficult, emails often went unanswered, and the level of engagement I had been led to expect simply did not materialize.

What is most frustrating is that when I later sought to cancel, the explanations and positions presented to me were very different from the expectations that had been created before I became a client.

As an artist, I feel that I made this investment based on promises and expectations that were not fulfilled. I regret my decision and would strongly encourage other artists to carefully document everything discussed before signing, read the contract thoroughly, and seek independent reviews before committing their money.

The sale and shipping process went pretty smoothly. I feel I would have liked a little more communication or an extra column on the shipping processing page to let me know when the packing label is coming. I feel like I'm in limbo waiting for the acknowledgment to process. I have to spend unnecessary time constantly look at the website to see if it has processed.

The Importance of Support in the Beginningg time

For a long time, I felt somewhat overlooked as a new artist on the platform. However, after I considered cancelling my subscription, I finally received support and attention from the team — and that support eventually led to a sale, which I truly appreciate.

The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I believe this kind of guidance and visibility should be offered to new sellers from the very beginning. Starting out as an artist is never easy, and being included in a collection early on can provide an important boost in confidence and exposure.

That said, I’m grateful for the support I ultimately received, and I appreciate the positive experience that followed.

My first shipping experience was quite…

My first shipping experience was quite stressful because I was afraid of missing deadlines and letting the team down. Part of the stress came from the fact that the initial sale email and instructions unexpectedly went to my spam folder, so I lost a couple of days at the beginning of the process.

There were also a few moments when the shipping company asked me to change the wording in the documents, and because this happened during weekends or while my consultant was changing, I worried about losing more time.

At the same time, the experience helped me better understand the whole process. Now I feel much more confident and believe future shipments will be far less stressful for me.
