When I first joined the platform
When I first joined the platform, I honestly expected it to be similar to many other online marketplaces, where artists are simply added to a large catalogue and left to navigate things on their own.
Instead, I have been genuinely surprised by the personal and attentive support I have received. From the onboarding process to artwork reviews, communication with the team, and assistance during sales, the experience has felt much more human and individual than I anticipated.
As an artist, that level of care makes a real difference and has given me greater confidence in presenting my work through the platform.

I had a truly excellent experience with Singulart, especially thanks to Charlotte. From the moment my artwork was sold, she guided me through every step with clear, friendly and very professional communication.
When there were small issues with the courier pickup, Charlotte reacted quickly, offered a great alternative solution and coordinated everything so that the handover to the collector went smoothly. I always felt supported and taken seriously as an artist.

Selling and shipping artwork internationally for the first time can be a complex experience, and I greatly appreciated the assistance I received from the logistics team.
