I would highly recommend buying from Ian Staddon at Sinclair Group. His service was exceptional. He listened to what I needed and then matched me up with a wonderful Audi. Ian was really easy to do business with as his communication was first class.would definitely buy another car from Ian/ Sinclair. Lisa on reception was also really helpful and polite.

We had a great experience buying from Sinclair Audi in Swansea. It was really easy, and Ian was laid back. There was no selling, he was just there to answer any questions and show me around the cars I liked. He kept in contact and let me know what was happening with the car, and it looked brand new when the keys were handed over. I actually felt really special when I went to collect. The after sales was fantastic too. I will definitely buy again from Sinclair Audi.

Friendly and helpful staff and stylish car
What makes it for me is that I know most of the people on the front line - Jason, Ian, Simon, Lisa etc. They are all very friendly and helpful and whenever I phone, they know who I am. I like the Audi brand and believe I get a good deal when I change my car. They are not pushy and Ian will do his best to get me the type of car I'm looking for. Simon goes out of his way to be helpful if/when I have a problem with the electronics, Lisa is always very helpful whenever I call and makes sure I get a call back if required.

The service i had from swansea AUDI Why treat long term Audi customers this Way ,perhaps a change
The service i had from swansea AUDI was very upsetting due to many facts ,we have been had 6 audis going back to the audi 100csi .All have been excellent,untill recently purchasing A6 quattro they said 1000mile on it ,not true.We mentioned we needed a spare ,the sales man said we could purchase one later as they dont come with a spare,saleman need to know you can not purchase a spare for this car , the car has had numberous faults, we were told to bring it back 5 hr drive,we opted to get a a4 but sinclair offered a misrable £ 29.000 part chop when the same car was £36.000 at their dealer group, then we were told the a4 we liked had been sold! when we checked it had not!At this stage we are very dissatisfied the way we have been treated,When i worked for Audi things were very different customers would stay with AUDI!
