Arrived a little early for the appointment, but the car was checked in immediately .
Waited for the service in the coffee area.
Bought a paper from the petrol station next door and a coffee from Greggs.
By the time I’d read the paper and done a crossword, my car was ready. Can’t fault the service.
The car was running smoothly on the way home, I could tell that the car had been tuned up!

Booked in for two jobs ,one of which included a small amount of paint work.Initially advised that it would be in for two days. Surprised to receive a telephone call ,late in the afternoon, that both jobs had been completed and that I could pick up the car. Both jobs completed well .

Customer service was good, they kept me informed of what was wrong with car, what needed doing and prices involved .
Everything was done quickly and I was informed when car was ready.

All staff were extremely professional, The car was serviced and was available for collection after only a couple of hours.
