Bought a paper from the petrol station next door and a coffee from Greggs.
By the time I’d read the paper and done a crossword, my car was ready. Can’t fault the service.
The car was running smoothly on the way home, I could tell that the car had been tuned up!
Customer care is average at best.
Aftersales care below par on a high end purchase. The condition of the vehicle below at point of sale.
Enquiring on a new vehicle and no call backs as agreed (sorry but I am not chasing you to buy a vehicle!).
Service Advisor Dave Evans was excellent during my visit. He explained the scope of the service very well and kept me informed throughout.
Dave is a great asset to the company.

Booked in for two jobs ,one of which included a small amount of paint work.Initially advised that it would be in for two days. Surprised to receive a telephone call ,late in the afternoon, that both jobs had been completed and that I could pick up the car. Both jobs completed well .

Customer service was good, they kept me informed of what was wrong with car, what needed doing and prices involved .
Everything was done quickly and I was informed when car was ready.
My car came back all work done and clean.
