A seamless purchase
The facts. Sinclair BYD was a simple process with no pressure sales. They made a competitive offer explaining the whole process and accurate timing for the purchase. Questions I raised over the period before collection were all satisfactorily answered fully to my expectation, and the process seamlessly delivered. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, as to me the purchase was by far the most I had spent on a car, which sometimes doesn’t feel easy. But I had no issues. Ffion Humphrey was brilliant
Ffion Humphrey was brilliant. I only went in to the showroom to look at the BYD selection. Ffion took the time to show me the car and explained the finance. There was no pressure. I did buy and Ffion and the team were great.

Very helpful and friendly staff who took the time to talk us through the options available to us on the model we were thinking of buying. They provided a good handover on the day of collection. The added bonus was our sales person also spoke Welsh, ardderchog.

Fantastic service and impressive vehicle
It was my first time dealing with Sinclair BYD in Pencoed and I was very impressed. Within 15 minutes of entering the showroom my wife and I were off on a test drive of a 1 year old BYD Seal U which we decided to buy.
I have to mention Harri, who we first dealt with, Ffion who was our main contact and Eleri who answered and dealt with queries when Ffion was unavailable. All 3 were extremely professional, welcoming and knowledgeable! Nothing was too difficult or challenging for them and they are a credit to the company.
Ffion, in particular, went through all the controls and suggested various on screen shortcuts that were useful. She had the answer to any question raised and did so in a manner that was very clear and helped greatly.
The car itself has very high spec and I look forward to future motoring.

1st Electric car
A few months ago I started looking to change my car and called into the Bridgend BYD showroom.
Eleri Thomas was very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable about the 2 car models i was interested in. She gave a breakdown of the prices and i told her i would get back in a few months time when my finances were sorted.
In the meantime i received a few follow up emails asking if there was anything else needed.
I recently went back and although Eleri had a day off , spoke to another colleague who was very helpful and understanding. I booked a test drive of the Dolphin Surf for the following week.
I am now the proud owner of a Dolphin Surf and on Handover day, the process was very well organised and smooth with Eleri giving us fab service.

I’ve had an absolutely incredible experience with the team at BYD Bridgend. From start to finish, the level of service has been outstanding.
Eleri Thomas was professional, friendly and genuinely personable, making the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The wider team have been just as impressive, especially Ffion and Harry, who have all been extremely helpful throughout.
Every promise made was followed through on, calls were returned when they said they would be, and I’ve been kept updated every step of the way, which makes such a difference.

Excellent customer service. We went to BYD Bridgend as the sales person Harry sold us our previous 2 cars in Swansea. Harry was thorough and didn't make it feel like a pushed sale.
