The branch kindly arranged to have a vehicle delivered to me in Bridgend from their Neyland branch. The vehicle was exactly as I'd hoped, and they secured the transaction within a week. James at the branch was lovely to deal with, and very honest.

Another excellent purchase from Bridgend Audi. I was given clear guidance in making my choice, and kept informed of all updates in relation to my purchase. My car was delivered with no fuss and the hand over was perfect. All staff I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable- making the process smooth.

As a company I was made welcome from the moment I walked through the doors, offered refreshments whilst I waited for James to assist with my request. James was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he is selling but did not pressure me to buy! I was able to test drive my car with my husband so we were able to discuss the car the pros and cons without pressure. Buying the chosen car was smooth and I was able to pick up the car on a day suitable to me. An experience I will always remember and I highly recommend Sinclair group.
