Shocking service and unhygienic
Purchased an item that would not charge. Took it back to be told they need to keep. Overnight to 'fully test'. Return next day to be told everyone's had a go and its fine. This is despite the manageress struggled to turn it on. Then she puts it back in box and hands it over without so much as cleaning it. When I say I'm not happy with this she tells me there's no point complaining they won't do anything else!

Grown up service for grown ups
Not so long ago I used to find that this market was dominated by junk sellers and weirdos but Simply Pleasure makes it mainstream, pleasant and normal to want, buy and use these items. I got great advice on the phone, with the woman sharing personal experiences and tips, purchased online easily and the discretely packaged item arrived really fast. Very happy with the whole experience.
