Do not use this company. There are so many better companies out there selling better products but more importantly much, much better customer service. I spent an awful lot of money with Simply Pleasures recently. One of the products was clearly faulty and it wasn't cheap at £600. I brought it back the very next day, not even 24 hours later. They tuned around and said they wouldn't accept a return and wouldn't refund me! I guess business must be bad for them, but come on! It was a very expensive unused product and clearly didn't work. They have been nothing but rude, aggressive and just some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They turned around and said it was my problem and I had to lump it. Wow. I never leave reviews, ever, anywhere, but I feel you must be warned about this disgraceful company. I have now started legal proceedings. So save yourself the time and money. You have been warned

The version of events you have posted are not entirely truthful and I am sad that in this rare case we were unable to refund or return the none faulty product which was purchased in one of our retail locations. The product was inspected thoroughly for any fault and there was no manufacturing issue. The product did what was expected and promised. In no way were your statutory rights affected.

brilliant customer care , world class
After visiting their soho store and making a purchase, I discovered the item wasn't complete. Upon raising the issue I was immediately given the most astounding customer care I have ever experienced.
The brilliant, diligent and thorough Dominik took all the relevant information and went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and facilitated the most efficient way of getting my purchase to me in lighting speed , plus he even spoiled me with some freebies as a good will gesture!!!
This was more satisfaction than you can get from a 0900 number, having Dominik on the end of the phone! I can't rate this shopping experience enough, from the friendly and informative staff at the store to Dominik's excellent customer care!
Well done guys, will definitely be buying form you now every time!
