I would rate lower if I could

I would rate lower if I could
simply awful more like....
sent text saying we have tried to contact you when we had no missed calls or voice mails, told to call this number (that isn't a free phone number)
I called back with the reference details, postcode and all the relevant details to be told they could not deal with me as when filling in the forms the rep put my partners name down.
I explained we lived together and its from a joint account but flattly refused.
my GF then called up, spent an age on hold, before giving up
then the next day and email saying they had cancelled the order as they had not been able to contact us......again still no call or voice mails, BUT funny how they could email and text...
the end of the email then said IF you still want the service call the number below, you wont be entitled to the same deal but you can have the service....its a scam and I think I would rather trust the Russians than these dodgey scammers

Do not use.

Do not use.

I bought a TV from Currys , because of a promotion to receive £200 back if I took out broadband.

Simplifydigital purposely captured my email address completely incorrectly so that I would not receive the order reference number and would not be able to claim.

They downright lie on the phone , and state that they can't resend the original email , and then provide me with the incorrect order reference.

Useless

Sucker you in with fantastic deals which they have no intention of fulfilling! (Free Cineworld tickets for the year)
Call service is painfully slow and cost a fortune!
Will not be using this company again for any broadband deal.

Excellent non pushy service

I am moving to an area with no Virginmedia in Somerset and was directed to Simplifydigital by Virgin. The male advisor I spoke to was excellent and sorted out the ideal SKY package for me, arranging the new telephone line and installation, Great discounted price compared to doing this directly with SKY, Everything was discussed in great detail and my understanding on each point checked. I used to work as a mystery shopper for SKY so I knew that the correct procedure was followed 100%. I have had all my confirmation paperwork from SKY which is all totally correct, seeing that this arrives almost at once anyone who checks it as they should would notice at once if it were different to that they had thought they had agreed to. Personally I strongly recommend them, never at any point was my advisor pushy, Peggy thought the service was very good indeed.

Worst company i have ever had to deal…

Worst company i have ever had to deal with. Do not use!

Went with them for Sky in which i specifically stated the specification of the box i wanted and multi-room. I received the wrong box. Had to constantly chase for an update on one occasion i was told to 'relax' as it was being dealt with. Awful customer service in my opinion.

i chased again to to be told they had listened to the call recording and my complaint was not to be upheld as i was wrong.

I specifically remember going over the order 3 times and it being repeated back to me. I also mentioned that i had a 4k, this being the reason i needed the higher spec box. they said there was no mention. I told them i wanted all the notes sent over and a copy of the call recording and then i wanted to proceed to cancel. They then put me straight through to Sky to resolve.

Sky were brilliant and helped a lot.

Not the best.

I spoke to a guy who was help full and told me the cheapest place that would sell me the broadband coverage and line rental that i was looking for, but he was a little pushy and the price he offered to me wasn't the best i.e. when i called the company he recommended me directly i got a better price than what he offered.

In general they are just middle men who can do something on your behalf, but remember, if you want something done properly, then do it yourself.

Cannot be Trusted

Please do not get in touch with Simplified Digital, either telephone or to get a deal. I was looking for, perhaps, another provider of Broadband, Home Telephone, Mobile and TV. I now keep getting telephone calls from Simplified Digital on my mobile. Luckily their telephone number is blocked now with a superb app. If they try and fool my mobile, by using another telephone number, that will be BLOCKED ALSO.

After reading all the negative reviews, that outweigh the good reviews, I am glad to say and stay with my present provider.

DO NOT USE THIS SWITCHING 'SERVICE'

DO NOT USE THIS SWITCHING 'SERVICE'
They have signed me up for a contract with Virgin without giving notice to end my contract with Sky - the very basics of switching. So I'll be paying for 2 services this month which I really can't afford.
Customer services didn't answer the first 3 times I called and have yet to reply to an email I sent 6 days ago.
Just got off the phone with them now - no apology, no record of when my contract with Sky is supposed to end - that's the 'sales team' department apparently, so no connection between data held by sales team and that which customer services can access. The deal is no better than what you can get online yourself. I'd have done this way more efficiently and cost effectively without their 'help'.

Worst customer services I’ve ever received.

Below is a copy of the email I sent to this awful company:

Where do I start?!

I signed up to a TV and Broadband package in Carphone Warehouse on 26th November 2017 with TalkTalk. The order went live 12th December 2017. The first bill was paid 23rd December 2017. The package I signed up for included a £50 Currys/PC World gift card. In addition to this, as an employee of Dixons Carphone, I would get £100 Currys/PC World gift card. This incentive was promoted by Sen James at the Retail Conference in November and on the Rewards section of CPW Touch.

At the end of December 2017 I called Simplify Digital Customer Services to enquire when my voucher(s) would be sent out. I was advised by your agent that my £50 would be sent in February. I queried a) why this would take so long and b) where was the £100. I was told by the agent that was "simply how long they took" and it was only £50 I was getting.

This agent LIED to me and said I needed to visit a Currys/PC World store to resolve this.

I wasn't satisfied by this agents response so I ended the call and called back to your Customer Services. The 2nd agent I spoke to that day was much more helpful and advised a) the £50 voucher would be with me 5-7 working days after the first bill had been paid and b) he would escalate why the £100 voucher wasn't showing on my account.

It seems he also LIED TO ME, as the the £50 voucher wasn't even on my account to be sent out. He did, however escalate the missing £100 voucher.

I received a call on 4th of January 2018 to advise that the issue was escalated and had been resolved. I would receive my voucher(s) with 7-10 working days.

A LIE.

On Friday 19th January 2018, I called into your customer services to enquire where my vouchers were. The agent passed me through to Fabian who was apparently dealing with my case. Fabian advised me that there had been issues with the £100 voucher and as such, this would be converted into a cheque for £100 instead. I expressed my disappointment at the delay for which Fabian apologised. He advised that the £50 voucher had now been sent out along with the £100 cheque. Fabian then told me that it would take 5 working days to receive these. I again expressed my disappointed to Fabian, who then proceeded to GUARANTEE me that both voucher and cheque would be with me today (Friday 26th January 2018).

FABIAN LIED TO ME.

Today has arrived and I have received NO CHEQUE and NO VOUCHER. So, I called into your customer service line yet again. I was advised by the agent that Fabian was on lunch and he would call me back when he was finished. After nearly 4 hours, I began to think maybe Fabian was off lunch now and I hadn’t received a call back as promised, so YET AGAIN I called into your customer services team. I spoke with an agent and explained I was waiting for my call back. He went off to find Fabian.

After 5 minutes, he came back on the line and advised that FABIAN HAD GONE HOME!

I expressed my severe dissatisfaction to this to the agent who transferred me to his team leader. The team leader apologised for everything that had gone etc etc, all what I'd heard before. The latest development was that there was yet again another issue and the cheque and voucher was issued out and I would receive this by Monday or Tuesday next week (29th/30th January). Not satisfied with what I had been told, I was transferred to some agent named Adam who was apparently and Operations Manager within the call centre. Adam gave me the usual apologies and standard responses. He explained that several people had experienced the same issue and the high level management team were aware and had a meeting about it this morning (Friday 26th January 2018). As a result of this meeting and the issues, my vouchers had been converted into cheques and would be sent out Monday (29th) or Tuesday (30th)…

So it looks like, the Team Leader LIED TO ME!

I again expressed my severe disappointment to Adam about the constant lies I had been given, the awful service service I was receiving and most of all, the continuing delay on what had been promised to me weeks previous. Adam advised me that there was nothing else he could do. Thank you Adam. I explained to Adam how I had zero faith in what he was telling me due to previous lies and misinformed comments of the previous advisors. Adam once again advised me that there was nothing else he could and in a very professional and polite manner, told me he was ending the call.

So, where am I at? I’m ‘voucherless’ and ‘cheque less’ and extremely disappointed at all the lies I’ve been told.

I would appreciate a response to this email ASAP with a resolution within 48 working hours. A resolution being the £150 (in any form, voucher or cheque) being with me within 48 hours. I feel due to the truly awful service I have received, as well as the incredibly long wait, this is more than acceptable.

I have also forwarded this email to TalkTalk and Carphone Warehouse, as well as posting on your social media pages, in the hope I recieve a timely and satisfactory response.

I look forward to your response

Stay away from them

Stay away from them
Really bad customer service, signed up for a broadband package through them so we could receive £100 voucher for a local electronics store. After 5 calls to chase up for the voucher (2 months after having the internet installed), kept being told different stories each time, one of them being that I hadn't had the installation yet?! Each time I was told to wait x amount of working days and I would receive it which I still haven't.
To top it off I've now received over £10 worth of phone charges because I've been on the phone with them to try and sort this that they're refusing to do anything about - maybe that's how they make up the £100 vouchers by making you spend it on complaint calls!

Awful company

Awful company. Tried to switch energy companies back in November and they lost my details. Then they told me it’s because they found out that they couldn’t do the deal I wanted....so they thought the best thing to do is not tell me???
