I want out how can I cancel my membership.
this program is not working for me. I cannot afford it. I want a refund..

I thought I was filing directly with the IRS based upon the email I received. I was charged $50 for something that takes 5 minutes to do for free which is $600/hrs. Don't fall for.this scam too.

They advertise that 1st you must be a member for your plan, But that was supposed to be free after taking their test and it’s long. But when choosing the 3 plans they offer; I chose the 7 week plan to see if my body would be able to handle the exercise! They went right to the premium plan which was $35.00! Which ticked me off. So, I called and waited for 8 people ahead of me and when I became the next customer to speak with them, an automated woman came on and said sorry we can’t take your call right now. You’ll have to go to our website or Callback at another time and hung up on me! Now I am gonna get my money back through my bank and call it fraud cause this is ridiculous. I cannot believe they treat their customers like this anywhere, but that’s the Internet isn’t it and their commercials promising you everything and charging you everything you did didn’t even ask for! That’s all I’m gonna try something different. It’s not worth this. That’s for sure. Don’t buy anything from these people they are not one. They are zero! Thank you for my opinion.

I read in my local online newspaper The Santa Cruz Sentinel that the tai chi walking was free. FALSE
I did all the steps until it said I had to pay!!! WTF and now I can’t figure out how to dump it. How are they even charging me? I didn’t give them any financial information!?

THIS IS THE WRONG PLACE FOR 'SIMPLE APP' DIETING REVIEWS. for anyone interested, I have already flagged it with Trust Pilot fingers crossed, but you might want to consider that most of you are leaving reviews for the "simple" app, but the links and headers for this webpage are for "Simple" banking . Hopefully someone will separate out and create the appropriate webpage with flags re the initial mix-up

I did not sign up for a subscription to this company or app therefore I do not have login information. Please discontinue reoccurring charges attempted to be made to my Apple Pay account and provide a refund for the charges that cleared.

Simple starts out as a pure con job. If it gets better, I'm not going to know because I stopped at the 1st level of the Con. Offering somethng for free and then charging for it. Fifteen minutes wasted of my time, believing I was going to get a free excersize chair chart. BOOOOO on not so SKimple....

I signed up for the $1.00 trial & then it became a subscription for $44/month. I have been trying to cancel but have not been able to. I called, the recording said I was the 13th caller & would speak to an agent in
12 minutes. It kept going down the line until I was the 1st caller & they'd transfer me to the agent - then it said it couldn't take my call & hung up.

Not sure how this is still a thing. Totally a scam, hard to navigate, hard to quit, and the aggressiveness just makes you feel shitty for no reason. Food is hard to track so was using my fitness pal and got multiple aggressive messages I wish I could upload to fully explain! Stay away unless you respond to threats and insults from an app!

This company is a total scam. Product is so inferior it is not worth more than $2 but they charged $40 for it. When I tried to return it states its final sale. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Simple is a scam. Trying to cancel the subscription was unbelievably difficult. It took forever to even identify the name of the company.

This is a scam! You end up buying stuff you did not know you were ordering. I cancelled this in two days and so far I have not received a refund of the almost $95 they charged me. Then they said I had to go through unsubby to cancel and that cost me an additional $21.95 for them to write an email. Stay away from Simple if you care about your money!

If I could write a review of 0 stars I would because that's what I recieved: 0. They are unwilling to correct an email address and threrfore I am out the $100+ and get nothing. Find a different company to provide real support in your journey, this is a fraud.

The biggest SCAM out there. Please report them to all credit card companies

This is a scam to some extent. Do it yourself webpages are not links they are jpg files (pictures). They make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. They show up as "SIMPLE PRIMIUM" on my credit card. At this moment I think I was able to cancel but not quite certain that it worked. Customer service did it for me. Watch your credit card charges like a hawk.

This is for "Simple.Life Apps Inc" also named 'Simple App". There are many apps that use this same name, but this one is particularly out of Dover, Delaware. It is a weight loss program which specifies fasting schedule/techniques and counselor support. I did sign up for this program on November 30th, 2023 and by December 2nd, 2023 canceled the program. I received an email on December 2nd stating,
"We have received your subscription cancellation request.
We are sorry to see you go! We’ve successfully cancelled your Simple Premium subscription with immediate effect. You can continue using the app until the end of your current subscription.
We know that losing weight can be time-consuming and even a little emotional—but we’re not giving up on you.
That’s why we’re offering you one year of Simple for just $ 1*. That’s $1 for intermittent fasting motivation, science-backed tips, and confidence that you’re working toward better health inside and out."
I received an email this year on January 15, 2025 requesting I "Get Started" on their weight loss App. Another email on February 19, 2025 offered me 70% off of their program. I did not respond to either email and haven't heard or received any email/literature from them since February 2025. However, on September 30, 2025, there was a charge for $66.65 from "Simple Premium" out of Dover, Delaware. Group description was under "entertainment". Thank God I look every day at my bank account for things exactly like this. I immediately called my banks Fraud department requesting they credit my account of the $66.65 that was put on my account Illegally. I also cancelled my debit card and am having to wait for 2 weeks for new one. I hope this helps others who have fell for this fraudulent company. #don'tdoit

Absolute total scam. It quite clearly said FREE chair Yoga Plan and then you go through all the usual check list and then....in TINY small print AFTER they say £6 for the Plan, it will be £30 a month. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS!

Its a SCAM, does not recommend.
Be careful with this company !!! The worst Health app.

They billed themselves as a chair yoga weight loss system. It was all pilates. I was told my subscription didn't include chair yoga, but I could pay more and access their chair yoga workouts. When I cancelled, they told me there is a $29.99 cancellation fee. I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't get more of my money.
