Great variety of meals to choose from. Really tasty and greatly helping on my weight loss journey. Would definitely recommend Simmer Eats. Also Zidane from customer support wad super helpful when i had a query.

I am two weeks in, very happy with service and the meals. Obviously cheaper to cook yourself but sometimes you haven’t got the time or energy. I also find I spend more and eat more when shopping a few times a
Week. This has kept me strict to my diet they meals feel me up too. So couldn’t be happier.

Great food, always tastes fresh, and real ingredients. I have used this service for a few weeks now and have had no complaints :)

The Meals portions are a great size. The meals are fresh and full of flavour. Me and my husband are enjoying the meals knowing we are still eating healthy with our busy lifestyles.

Foul - undercooked chicken first meal I even tried! All in the bin cannot trust that.

UPDATE
I have contacted my bank to block the card. Although I had paused the order for one week, the company was still due to take another payment out on 28th July, for a delivery of around 4 August, which is ridiculous. I had to use ChatGPT to find out how to cancel the subscription, as there was no obvious link and because the constant banners on the screen inviting me to agree to something I didn't want to, could not be removed until I had clicked them. It's a shame. The food is nice, and the starter price appreciated, but if cancelling becomes this hard, that isn't good customer service. I appreciate it is subsidised starter pricing, but many will take advantage of this, without wanting more. I just want more flexibility and ease, when making choices on how to spend money I work hard to earn.

I don't like this company. I cannot scroll through my account to cancel anything because there are constant banners up, blocking any access until you agree to seemingly sign up for more. I will be ringing my bank today to stop payments against my card. Shoddy practice at best; unfair contract terms at worse. These companies are the bottom feeders and it's a shame because the food and swift delivery weren't bad.

The meals are great size and easy to heat up. The delivery is easy and makes it a lot easier to eat healthy with a busy lifestyle

Have bought Simmer meals for my very fussy teenager who is extremely healthy, and he absolutely loves them! I had thought it’d just be for the summer holidays, as he’s home more, but he’s hooked so I think we are going to be long term customers.
He says they taste great, hit the exact macros he wants, and are great quality with amazing variety.

Great choice of meals with new recipes added frequently. The meals are very tasty and good sizes. Perfect for if you want to reduce calorie intake. Saves hassle with not having to plan meals and no hassle having to prep/cook after a busy day at work. 5 stars!

Lovely meals taste fresh with the convenience of not having to cook.

The food is absolutely great, the taste is among the highest in this category, you can even taste the herbs and spices being used in there.
The meals themselves are fulfilling and serve the purpose of cutting back on cooking and grocery time while eating controlled macros.

The only item I hope the team works better on is the website and creating an app is that experience can be better.

The food itself is genuinely good, that's not the issue. The problem is customer service.
A couple of weeks ago I missed the weekly cut-off by a few hours and ended up with a box I didn't want. I spoke to support, agreed to let that one go ahead, and asked them to cancel my subscription entirely going forward, since their website doesn't let you cancel until after a box has actually been delivered. The next week I checked my account and the cancellation still hadn't happened, so I was charged again for a box I never selected any meals for. I emailed to sort it out and got copy-pasted, robotic-sounding replies that just recited the cut-off policy without engaging with the fact I'd already asked for it to be cancelled days earlier. It took some time to get a response, and even after explaining everything clearly, I kept getting the same scripted answer offering a 50% "goodwill" refund instead of fixing their own mistake.
If something goes wrong, be prepared for a frustrating back-and-forth with support that feels like talking to a bot rather than a person actually looking at your case

Easy 5 stars! Simmer meals are filling, healthy and most importantly; very tasty! It's transformed our lunchtimes and takes the hassle out of deciding what to have each day.

I've been using Simmer for the past month and have been impressed with the no hassle ordering and delivery service. The meals are quick, convenient, nutrious and tasty. I have yet to try a meal I completely disliked. I've found one, that was bland in my opinion, but still edible. (Mushroom Bolognese).
Highly recommended without hesitation.
