Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen

Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen, wie ein altes Unternehmen aus Hannover arbeitet. Wir sind eine WEG aus Gehrden und warten auf Guthaben Zahlung aus 2023, für 2024 u.2025 keine Belegprüfung, d.h. keine Abrechnungen. Trotz Anwalt Einschaltung kein Erfolg 😭 keine E-Mail Beantwortung. Null Kontakt. Wir haben jetzt per Beschluss den Verwalter gewechselt. Wie kann ein Unternehmer das mit seinem Gewissen vereinbaren, unfassbar. Sicherlich hat Familie Simchen ihre Schäfchen im trockenen, zu lasten unseren Guthaben. Bin Stocksauer, verärgert und menschlich sehr enttäuscht..🥵

Hände weg von Simchen

Hände weg von Simchen. 3 Jahre unser WEG-Verwalter. Jetzt in 2026 noch keine Abrechnung für 2024 - keine Eigentümerversammlung in 2025. Auf Anfragen keine Antwort. Weder Objektbetreuer, noch Buchhaltungschef oder Geschäftsführer sind zu erreichen oder reagieren. Auch die WEG-Unterlagen werden nicht an den neuen Verwalter weitergegeben.

für Mieter nicht zu empfehlen

Nachfrage nach Energieausweis für die Wohnung vor Mietbeginn wird nicht beantwortet.

Betriebskostenabrechnung des Vorjahres wird Ende Dezember des Folgejahres zugestellt und fällt dem Anschein nach deutlich zu hoch aus.
Die abgerechneten Betriebskosten sind ca. 50% höher, als die zu Mietbeginn genannten Abschläge.

EMail hinsichtlich der Betriebskostenabrechnung wurde bisher nicht beantwortet.
