So Helpful

Chris was so helpful to me and my partner and managed to get the stock we wanted.
Gary was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the vent and adapter we needed, just when things were looking bleak.
Excellent, friendly staff with great knowledge and customer service. They couldn’t have done enough to help. Highly recommended!

I have just been in the Norwich Branch…
I have just been in the Norwich Branch and was Greeted by MARK on the front desk. His knowledge on Swiss Pearl Cement Lap board was 100%. And he gave me all the relevant brochures. And I will be pleased to purchase all my materials with him for renovating my holiday home this week.
All the other staff were also very chatty and friendly.
So happy to find a company that go that extra mile to help.

Great guys
Great store, great great staff and very helpful, but your invoice system is absolutely terrible and most builders agree with me. Why on earth don’t you use a simple system like most other merchants.
Because and only because of your time consuming invoicing system I’m forced to use other suppliers.
