Our experience with this moving company was profoundly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Initially, in communications with Mr. Lee, we received explicit assurances that special care would be taken to properly pack delicate items, including appliances and paints.
However, on the day of the move, he refused to honor this agreement. When we politely reminded him of his promises, his demeanor became confrontational and rude, escalating to the use of unacceptable foul language.
This unprofessionalism had direct consequences: due to improper handling and a lack of adequate packing, few pieces of our furniture were damaged.
We are deeply frustrated by the complete lack of accountability and the poor quality of service. We strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they fail to deliver on their commitments and show no sense of responsibility for their clients' belongings.
