I ordered a mug for a thank you gift for someone and was very disappointed with what I recieved. The photo from the website was very misleading as the mug showed the icons to look "3D" and some dimension to the mug but when I recieved it, it was just a photo of all the icons printed onto the mug. I was very taken back as it changed the whole look of the mug and when I reached out they were not willing to give a full refund and only less then 50% refund. I understand this is a customized mug but I still was mislead by the website and still spent US money (I ordered from Canada) as well as paid for shipping for something I cannot gift at all, and still have to spend extra money on a new gift.

Very disappointed with the quality of the glass with the golf clubs! It is just a sticker on the glass which I could have made myself! On the company's website it looked completely different. I paid too much for this kind of personalized gift! Will never use this company again.

Shipment not delivered till date

I'm so disappointed. In the picture on the website, it showed that when against light you could see the picture clearly.. buy actually, the layout was wrong:( one side showed the picture of my son on the right and the other on the left.. so when against the light of the tree, it didn't look good - the words "clashed" - I wish there was a facility to upload pictures so I could show you what I mean.

It so tiny you can’t even read the writing. It looks much bigger in the ad.
Would not recommend.

Now I wait in anticipation for them

Ordering easy enough just hope it arrives as i have been scammed before from online ordering.

I recently purchased four personalized golf glasses from Yeetcat, and I am extremely disappointed. The glass online appeared to be a raised, metal-like golf bag emblem, but what arrived was a cheap sticker slapped onto the glass. The so-called "raised emblem" is nothing more than a flat, poorly applied sticker.

For nearly \$40, I expected much better than a basic glass with a sticker. It's absolutely not worth the price, and I feel completely misled by the product description.

I also had the misfortune of dealing with customer service throughout this process. I was working with a representative named Sherry, who initially offered me a 10% refund, which I declined because it didn't even cover the cost of one glass. I simply wanted a link to leave a review and share my thoughts with other customers. Then, Sherry offered me a 20% discount, explaining that the glasses were custom due to the name stickers. Again, I declined, as I felt that the quality was far too poor to justify any further compensation.

I want other consumers to know that while the product may seem appealing at first, it's not worth the cost. The quality doesn't match up to the price, and the customer service process was less than helpful. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a more worthwhile purchase.

It was easy to design the ornament, although it was very small and I wouldn't recommend using this company at all. Plus the fact that it is an overseas company and very expensive for what you get.

Was impressed with the layout and ease of application form to fill in required spaces

It’s been more than a month now from the moment I ordered a personalized key chain. I was waiting for an update but nothing is happening. I got a tracking number from them pretty quick but then nothing changed for weeks. When I wrote to them about it I was told to contact the delivery company myself if I want an update.
Lost any hope that I’ll ever receive it, I’d definitely wouldn’t recommend you the trouble.

I ordered 2 personalized hockey wallets on Dec 8th and never received a tracking number until I emailed them stating that I didn't receive one then they sent one but it is now telling me that it is with the local carrier in Chicago and I live in Minnesota so I'm assuming I will probably not be receiving what I ordered so I guess this must be a scam site and would be very Leary about ordering from them

Ordered almost two months ago. Still no tracking number and no way to contact them. Do not order from them. Probably another scam.

I ordered 3 personalized ornaments on Nov 10 and as of Dec 26, still have not received anything and tracking shows as "not picked up by carrier." I'm guessing it's a scam. In any case, don't order from them.
