Aneesha was the height of…
Aneesha was the height of professionalism from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful.
She didn't have all the information to hand but politely asked me to hold then relayed the answer to my question.
As she couldn't deal with all elements immediately, she said she would call me back and she did!

Change of address
This morning I had to action a change of office address and I was concerned as my next collection is due soon so wanted to ensure it was done in time. Rosie at Shred-it took my case and actioned extremely promptly and ensured me that everything was sorted in time for my next collection.

Stefano has outstanding customer service skills 🥇
My first ever contact with Shred-it Customer Services and my point of contact was Stefano who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and personable. He gave me great confidence that he would resolve setting me up with an account, updating our account with new stakeholders and deleting people off the account who no longer need it. He also escalated changing the service date to another day of the week and kept me updated either via a phone call or emailing until he had a resolution. I am very happy with the service I received from Stefano and Shred-it.
