Great house! Family had a great time. Only issue was with the WiFi. Kept getting knocked off.

Shoreline OBX was outstanding to work with. They assisted us on very short notice. We had the best vacation in Corolla this year! The price was excellent. The service the best and the staff the friendliest. We will definitely contact them again next year for our vacation!

The area we stayed in was super cute and nice. We like Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills much better though. WE like to be around everything, and we enjoy being right on the beach.

Our beach house was nice and we enjoyed our time there. However, we did find roaches upon check in. I messaged the maintenance email on Sunday morning. An exterminator didn't come to our beach house until Wednesday. We were just disappointed that it took so long. Again, house was nice, location was great. Pool and hot tub were an added bonus.

The house was great. The bed linens and towels were good quality. The kitchen was well equipped. An issue with one air conditioning system was quickly serviced. Nice vacation week.

The condo we rented was clean but very old finishings. When we walked in it smelled very musty. It was just the two of us for 8 nights and we were given three bath towels. We did receive a welcome bag of a couple rolls of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, a travel size bottle of dish soap and dishwasher tablets. We went immediately to the local store purchased more towels, candles, and hand soap. It was a nice location but had no idea our bldg was next to the public beach access. That was a bummer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Good experience and they made everything clear and easy.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at 1 Trout Run. (jul13-20). The house is beautifully decorated and very close to the beach access. The pool was used daily , as the temps were in the 90's every day. Just one hiccup.. we didn't have any towels or sheets when we arrived. But, that was remedied quickly with a call to your office. We'll definitely consider staying at this home again.

Shoreline clearly works hard to make their customers happy! Jennifer was super responsive and helpful every step of the way in our rental process, as was Mike when we had a couple of maintenance issues. Those issues are to be expected when people are constantly coming and going through the rentals. What was unexpected was the way he went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied. I would definitely rent from Shoreline again.

We were given great direction from the OBX staff and found WHL-30 Oom.... at the Edge to be all that was promised. Very clean, well maintained, great location and wonderful house.
When we arrived, everything was in it's place and everything worked. . We want to go on vacation, to be on vacation and not have to call the rental agent with a list of items that need attention.The owners do a great job of keeping the home in good order and if that's important to you, this is a great property to consider. Close to everything, but delightful if you just want to stay in.

Shoreline OBX is a joy to work with! The are by far the best rental company I have had the pleasure of working with - and I have dealt with a lot of them! Any issue we had was addressed promptly. In addition, I thought I had left my keys behind and Lee and the cleaning crew went out of their way to search the house to locate them (unfortunately they weren't found, but not their fault!). Overall we are very happy with our experience.

The staff was great during my process of renting our summer house. Lee was exceptional with ideas on things to do and see, places to eat and just all around friendly. Excellent experience!

All was good with the exception of not receiving the e-mail confirmation with the instructions for the day of our arrival. Upon arriving we called the office only to find out we had to turn around and go back to the office for the key information. This caused us to sit in another hour of traffic! After that vacation was good and enjoyed our first stay in OBX!

Second time renting thru OBX. Hot tub broke the week before our arrival. We were told when we arrived. Second time for this house & hot tub did not work 2 years ago when we were there. But, OBX kept us informed of delivery, install & electrician. They also spoke with the owner and got us a partial refund. Very much appreciated their time and attention. Thans OBX.

The house was very dirty. My first day spent cleaning up So my family would be comfortable. The office had to send cleaning crew the next day to clean for more. It was that much dirt. The property is very beautiful, but it was not well kept. They wast my first two days. The first day I had to clean and second day, people come to clean, so we could not do much in house. They didn’t even give me any money back, at least part of the money that I paid for cleaning. We have second thoughts about renting from them. This is the second time this happened to us. The property and everything is good, but as far as cleans of the property, management need to be looked at closely. I think the cleaning crew rushes for check in and they don’t clean good. Also, most of the house we rent in past didn’t look like they get good deep cleaning before summer rental. Especially, the house we just rented. Unless this is improved, we are no longer rent from shoreline.

We rented NH-1Bachus. Floors and counters dirty. Roaches and ants al over this property! Staff very kind.

The house needs a lot of help. I was very disappointed with the house and the cleanliness. It was dirty and many things in the house need to be replaced. My 4-year-old granddaughter sat on one of the bar stools at the kitchen counter and it completely fell apart. Luckily she wasn't hurt bad, but I could see that happening. We actually put them on the back deck so no one would try to use them. The decks were sketchy, to say the least. We would limit the number of people that would go out onto the decks together - for fear it would fall down. There was no deck furniture anyway. One lone plastic chair on the front and one chair on the back deck. Refridgerator is too small and has no ice maker. Had one issue that we needed to contact management about and it was addressed ASAP. Braxton was a super nice guy and apologized for not being able to fix the problem. Even though he couldn't fix the issue on the first visit, eventually, the internet was fixed. Not a big problem because it was a family vacation.
Had no issues with Shoreline OBX management. They were always helpful and friendly.
Even though the house needs MANY repairs, we had a great vacation. Put us anywhere and we'll make it work. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs and my family enjoyed being together.
