Lost Jacket and ignored emails

After sending my jacket in for repair, they returned a pair of pink flip flops to me instead.

Mistakes happen but what’s really disappointing is the lack of communication and they have ignored my emails for over a week asking where my expensive jacket has gone.

My jacket now looks like it’s completely missing and I’m going to have to do a claim via my credit card company. They may offer cheaper prices but be very wary if anything goes wrong and I’d really advise staying clear of this company.

Wonderful gloves

Wonderful gloves - arrived really quickly and safely. They're a massive treat that I've been researching and thinking about for ages, so I'm almost looking forward to cold, to try them. Thank you lovely shop.

Excellent service

I ordered a pair of flip flops from Shore and couldn't be happier with the service. They arrived very quickly, were exactly what I was looking for, and the price was very competitive. Shipping was also reasonably priced, which is always a bonus. A smooth and hassle-free shopping experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and will definitely…

Excellent service and will definitely be buying from Shore again. After ordering I needed to make a change to the sizes. Emailed customer services and had an immediate reply. Clothing arrived promptly and well packaged….and it all fitted perfectly 👌🏻
