Any delay in delivery rests solely with the delivery carrier, as we will have passed your item, to the delivery carrier you selected in the basket, on the day/date we sent you a shipping confirmation email
Once the item is no longer with ourselves, we rely on the delivery carrier/method you selected, when you placed your preorder, to deliver your item in a safe & timely manner

Gamepass ultimate
Got a Gamepass ultimate 3 month top up from shopto for a decent price. I have bought playstation credit codes before and they have been available within a minute or so from purchasing but the code for this wasn't available up to 10 minutes after purchasing but it was around midnight when i purchased so i just checked the code around 9am the following morning and it was there and worked fine. Shopto remains my goto for digital codes. Many thanks.

Preordered a game 2 months in advance…
Preordered a game 2 months in advance but never received it on launch day. Needs to be sent tracked to ensure it arrives for launch day which cost extra. Won’t be ordering again.

It is not the case that you need to select/pay for a tracked delivery method to ensure release date delivery, as, Royal Mail do deliver the overwhelming majority of items, the next working day after item shipment, where Royal Mail 24 service has been selected in the basket
If any large scale late delivery issues were occurring, rest assured you would be able to read about it here, amongst the reviews posted, however, as you can see, the majority of reviews posted here are positive/five star reviews, meaning that, in most cases, items are being delivered, as expected, on the items release date, we are sorry to read that yours was not on this occasion, one of those that was safely delivered when we had anticipated

Once we have had an opportunity to check what specific item you have ordered, we can determine if there are any delays or issues with code provision, by contacting the supplier of the code (all codes are supplied via automated external servers, directly from the code supplier, we do not store/do not hold codes locally)
