ANY order that was accepted on our site, was only processed due to having been authorized by your payment provider/method so it is unfortunate that you have chosen to negatively review ourselves, instead of your payment provider/method that has authorized a payment, in a scenario where you are suggesting that this was not placed by yourself

Can't unsubscribe to their marketing spam emails
Their password reset email form doesn't work. I can't login to my account. I keep receiving marketing emails I didn't signup to and the unsubscribe link in the email is a dead link in every single junk mail, preventing us from unsubscribing. A total nuisance!

Great until you have a problem
Great until you have a problem. Unfortunately, they no longer have email address so if you want to actually receive your money back for a preorder you need to use the ai chatbot who insists that "Once that request is sent, replies usually come within 24–48 working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm UK time).". This is obviously a lie as nobody bothers to contact you after the request is sent, but ShopTo are of course happy to keep your money as credit, rather than issuing a proper refund.

Trustworthy site with some good deals
I paid for my order which was a digital product. About 5 minutes after payment I received my codes and they worked. Easy ordering process, good selection of products and some good bargains. Great site, thanks 👍

For some reason, Nintendo eShop gift cards are rarely less dear than PlayStation, for example.
Thankfully with ShopTo membership, especially on the silver or gold tier, an eShop gift card is available to purchase at a slighter better price.

The website wouldn't accept paypal and…
The website wouldn't accept paypal and I had to apply twice to just get the digital voucher to be paid for. It was playing up something chronic. The couple of past times was very good though. It is possible my firefox browser was playing up but I am not an expert just a basic computer user. Whatever the case my previous two experiences were very good but not this time. I will hopefully try shopto.net again in the future. Thank you.
