Hello Maria,

If we have sent a wrong item to you by mistake, we will correct it right away with a new delivery and a prepaid return lable. You do not need to pay to return anything.

In this case though you ordered the item that was sent to you. You ment to order another item from the same series but accidentally chose the item you got. You have gotten an order confirmation and can see the information on the web site as we have shown on the emails. In this case the return fee is 69kr.

We will gladly assist you with a return lable for the item you ordered and received if you want one.

They are selling used/damaged products

They are selling used/damaged/dirty products and requires you as a customer to pay for the return if you want the damaged goods replaced.

They claim that they don’t sell used products and that it was delivered to them in that condition from the manufacturer and that this is the customers problem. It’s not reasonable that this responsibility lies with the customer, shopping4net won’t take any responsibility what so ever so I would advise you to shop elsewhere.

In my case it was a dust bin with a scratched lid and stains on the produkt, parts of the packaging material was also missing (ordered an identical product from another vendor so it was easy to compare).

We do not consider this case to be a warranty claim, as the product has not been assessed as defective. We therefore offered a return within the right of withdrawal, in accordance with our terms and conditions. In cases of valid warranty claims, we naturally take full responsibility, but in this instance we have not received documentation confirming that the product was damaged upon delivery.

All products we sell are brand new and delivered directly from the manufacturers. We do not sell used items, and we have also verified this specific case — the product had not previously been returned by another customer.

Regarding the packaging, we have unfortunately not received any images, which makes it difficult for us to comment on its condition. The marks visible on the lid in the image we received were assessed as superficial and possible to wipe off.

We regret that the experience did not meet expectations and we take all customer feedback seriously. Our goal is to provide new products and a safe, reliable shopping experience, and we continuously work to improve our processes.

Dont buy anything from Shopping4net

Will never buy anything from Shopping4net. this company is trying to make money not only from selling goods but also by adding penalties weekly to their customers. What kind of business model is this?

This is absurd. I have already paid almost twice the amount of the item I bought, and now they are asking me to pay another 490 kr. Altogether, that comes to nearly 900 kr for an item that originally cost 170 kr. Are you being serious?

WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

PS:

Adding this after seeing the reply from Shopping4net, as it is misleading. You stated that payment reminders are sent once a month (“it is important to follow the payment dates we send out once a month”), but that is simply not true. You send reminders every single week, each time adding a 60 kr late payment fee. I was on vacation during that period and couldn’t check my emails regularly, yet the fees kept piling up.

This feels like taking advantage of customers, especially considering I have now paid more than double the original 170 Kr amount. It’s an unfair and unacceptable business practice, and no company should operate this way. It is a shameful way to treat customers.

Any company should be focusing on selling their products and making money, and it’s reasonable to charge a late payment fee once a month. But you added fees every single week. This shows that you are taking advantage of customers and profiting from late payment charges rather than from the products you sell.

No wonder nearly 1/3 rd of your customers have given you a 1‑star rating. Honestly, I would have given minus (–) 5 stars if that were an option. Dirty business tactics. worst online shopping experience in my life.

Hi Sam,

To receive a reminder, it is required that you have not paid the original invoice on time.
The invoice has been sent in the package together with the goods and as an email.

You have emailed us telling that yu chose to pay with 3 months payment plan with no added fees. We do not offer such a plan at all. One can pay partially but it is important to follow the payment dates on the account statement we send out once a month. The payment date is always the last day of the month and your payments have constantly been late.
A late fee is 60kr per reminder. Each month an account fee will be added which is 39kr.
All this is clearly stated on the terms of sales.

Since the purchase in June, you have received 7 reminders due to late payments. Your payments of 50kr have arrived weeks too late. You have gotten a specifikation of everything through email.
We prefer our customers to pay their invoices in time, of course, to avoid reminders and this kind of communication with our customers.

Edit regarding the Trustpilot comments: Keep in mind we send thousands of orders our daily. In todays society people write negative reviews way easier than positive, when things go as they should, one doesnt write so easily. Same with your account here on Trustpilot.
The 1/3 you are referring to is the total during the 26 years we have been in business and most of them have to do with reminders when people themselves pay their bills too late. We can only do so much, we are here to help but can not take responsibility for things that are out of our controll.

Thank you for your feedback.

In your email to us, you mentioned that you believed you had paid by card. In this case, the payment method selected at checkout was an invoice, and the due date was unfortunately missed. As a result, a reminder was issued. In Sweden, it is standard practice to apply a late fee even with the first reminder.

The payment for an invoice is made directly to our bank account, which is also a common procedure. Please note that card payment is, of course, one of the available options on our website should you prefer that method in the future.

We are happy to see that your parcel was dispatched immediately and delivered to your door just two days later. We hope you are pleased with the items you received.

Extremely poor customer service

You are able to see on the check out the estimated delivery time. If the item then is delayed from the supplier, we inform the customer about this and ask if he/she wants to wait for the order.
This has nothing to do with the payment, if you have paid with a card and want to cancel, we will reimburse the amount immediately. When paying with an invoice, the invoice is not created before the item is sent out.

Seeking Invoices

I bought a toy for my son for a good price, According to the online store they sent me 6 invoices. Each invoice had an large increase. I only received three and all had increases. I never received the bill for the order, I got an email indicating the order had been sent which included the price I was to pay, but never the invoice. I did not find them in junk either.

Yes, you bought a toy in the beginning of June that is not paid for till this date. In 2,5 months you have received a few reminders and bills through email. The bill you reacted to was the 6th in order since the beginning.
So no scam here, just an unpaid bill.

Edit: We decided to leave the 1st reply open as well since it was a reply to the original review warning others for a scam.

Its great you write that you received the delivery confirmation with the payment information, including amount, account and the reference number. We also sent a PDF-invoice attached to that email. Yes, each reminder is 35kr extra and an account statement 39kr.

Extremely happy with the shopping experience from Shopping4net.

Initially made my first purchase through the Shopping4net website as they had great prices on some branded plates and bowls I have wanted to purchase with a further percentage off (this brand is also sold via other stockists). It was a huge order and arrived well packaged and very quickly!

Unfortunately 2 smaller bowls were broken in transit. I sent and email and images to customer service late Sunday night and had a fast response that they will be replaced Monday morning. It’s Tuesday morning, I receive a SMS the replacements have arrive and are waiting to be picked up! I mean, I think it’s almost expected that customer service is terrible with MANY online retailers - I expected the same here but am extremely shocked they proved me wrong?!

Extremely extremely happy with my purchase and the EXCELLENT customer service from Shopping4net. Will definitely be here first before I go anywhere else!!

Short expire date of product

Synbiotics that I received today, 24th of February 2021, are with expire date 4-2021. I feel cheated by this company. They could at least state or announce before delivery that the product is with short expire date.
Shame!
UPDATE:
After contacting the customer service (as I was advised after my post here), I was offered 50% discount for the product, or to turn it back. Since I had already opened the product, the option was to accept 50% - which I did accept.

Amazing customer service

UPDATE: I had received the wrong product but after contacting the customer service, i got a reply within an hour and they sent the right product later that day! The delivery was super quick. The customer service is fantastic!
