We’ve had a great experience working with Shopper Approved so far. Colton has been very responsive and helpful, making the onboarding process smooth and addressing any questions quickly. Their API is functional but could use more features to enhance automation and data retrieval. A more comprehensive dashboard would also be a great addition, but we appreciate that they’re already working on it. Overall, it’s been a positive partnership, and we look forward to seeing future improvements!

After 2 months and 5 request, Kelton is still "working" on the refund.

Not only did they resolve the problem quickly, but they also did so completely free of charge, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the entire process.

Shopper Approved customer service is always friendly. They are efficient if the problem is simple and a user issue. The lack of phone support makes solving larger issues harder and I have had more than one issue go unresolved because I couldn't even remember what we were trying to fix by the time I got to the correct person.... I'm talking months. The product still doesn't quite operate as we would like it to.. but it has to be good enough because who has time to micro-manage a review plugin.
