Some of my items were not real stones and they should clarify better in the description. A lot of items were definitely "junk" jewelry.
They are package well though, which is why I gave more than 1 star.

Exceptional Quality and Customer Service
I have purchased many items from ShopLC and find the quality of the items exceptional. If there is ever a problem the customer service is unlike any other. If you have any questions they can be answered via chat, email, or phone call. You always receive a quick response.
The only area I would like to see some improvement is in the area of refunds. I find it very difficult to match up the the purchased item with the refunded item. Tracking is very difficult. It would be nice to be able to go to your "orders" and see when the refund was processed and the amount of credit given. There is no area where refunded items can be tracked other than doing your own tracking.

I finally received one of my rings and…
I finally received one of my rings and it’s beautiful. My complaint is why does it take do long to ship? I ordered another ring, paid for it and i havent jeard a word about when it will ship. Its been ober a week.
I received a call after posting my review and the customer service agent explained the process. I feel he was able to address my concerns to my liking.
