These people are cheats. Forget about the horrible logistics they have. These people don't answer phones, they barely email you back and I think that is just some BS automatic response. I never received a tracking number and then two weeks after I placed the order I get an email telling me my order was lost in transit and they would be happy to send out a replacement. Well, two weeks later now I can't get any kind of response from FitTech that I think is sincere or anything other than a auto response. Don't waste your money on these people. I have ordered from a different brand this evening and is showing up tomorrow. "Happy New Year you filthy animals!"

Total China Scam. Do Not buy from them. Why does our country let scammers like this on our Ecommerce. Because they are crooks too.
Ordered Thanksgiving with 10 -13 day shipping. Its now De 23rd...nothing. Crickets and no way to contact them. Do not buy from these crooks.

There should be an option for negative stars. These scammers would get -10.

It has been almost a month since I ordered a present for my wife and these guys have chosen to be completely unresponsive to my inquiries.

Like the other reviews, I have personally come to the conclusion that Fit Tech is a total scam. Ordered from them 4 weeks ago and have only received phony emails from “Red” that my order is being “given top priority”. They will not even give a tracking number, but did not hesitate to charge my credit card the minute the order was placed. Phone calls go unanswered, and the few emails they have bothered to send are merely form emails full of empty promises.

Poor Poor Poor! A Total SCAM! Be ware!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM FITTECH, You will never receive your order! I have been emailing them and all I get is an email stating my order was received! Please do not order from this company. I will pursue this with the BBB and my bank. STAY AWAY! My order number is FT-61840

I agree with everyone else. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered on 11/23 but it is still UNFULFILLED. I have sent 3 emails, contacted 2 times through their online "chat" area and have called numerous times to get the recording. I will now file with the BBB and have my bank refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

We ordered a watch for my wife. We waited 6 weeks. We emailed them 3 times. We contested with VISA. We will get our money back. This company is a fraud. They suck.

This company gets 0 stars!! I ordered two watches on Nov 8th. money was collected no tracking number , no response to emails, will not answer 1 800 number because " they are busy filling orders" these were B day gifts for Dec 13 ordered in plenty of time. DO NOT ORDER from this company !

How can you rate a company .... when they scam you out of your money! They don’t deserve 1 star! Order fit watch November 10,2020 never received tracking number, email several times they don’t answer! Phone number a recording, stating to email. It’s December haven’t received what I purchase . Rotten to the core... I hope this company lose every stolen dime! You are full of $$$$

I would give them zero stars if it was an option. Ordered on Nov 12. IT is Dec 2. Been trying to contact them and there is no way to get a real person or leave a messsage. I have emailed them SO many times. I have rec'd NO RESPONSE AT ALL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE SCAM company. They should be ashamed for cheating people out of hard earned cash. Especially during a pandemic. CREEPS. I have contacted the BBB and my CC to dispute charges. Do not be fooled as i was. I am so upset that I will continue to make sure that people know of this scam for as long as they are online. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment.

On November 12nd, I bought 2 watches from FitTech with order number #FT-60532. Until now, I haven't received the items. I contacted them by email few times with no responses. There's no way to have somebody over the phone. I bought the watches to take them with me on my planned trip to overseas on December 1st. I am leaving today without the watches. I need an urgent refund to enable myself from buying from another entity. This is a pure DISATROUS business. DO NOT BUY from FitTech

This company sucks! I ordered my mom a watch for her Birthday over a month ago and it still hasnt arrived. I contacted the Company and got an Order number but bo tracking number. I call and you get a machine that says to email. I email again and they now wont respond to me by email. Couldnt believe to read all of these BAD reviews when all I saw on their website was nothing but happy customers. BS. What's the next step?!?!?! ORDER NO. #FT-59282

The watch is alerting with a lightening rod thru a battery fairly regularly. I do not know what it means. I contacted Fittech by email and no response. While they publish a phone number you get a recorded message basically saying they are too busy to answer. I would definitely stay away. My blood pressure reads in a tight, perfect range all the time which I know is not the case. I will be looking for a refund.

This is the worst company. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. It is a scam. After waiting for weeks for an acknowledgement that I placed an order, I sent FitTech an email cancelling my order, then I contacted my credit card company who agreed to dispute the order and refund my money (which they did) since then I have received numerous emails from the company saying they cannot cancel the order, my order is on the way (even though it's setting in Shanghai according to their shipping information). I have repeatedly asked them to stop emailing me and they just ignore my requests. I am now having to block every single one of their emails, and if I have to, I will go to every single site and warn people away from purchasing from them. They are a SCAM! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I bought a Fittech Pep and have been using for about 2 months. Paid about $65 so wasn't expecting much. Really just wanted a pedometer to track my morning walks. I am actually pretty pleased with this device. Tracks steps and distance fairly accurately and displays my route on phone app. Sometimes map is wonky with gaps or jumps ahead but 9/10 times its good. Sleep tracker is more helpful than I thought. I can only get it to display temp and forecast in Celsius but I learned quick conversion so no biggie. And battery life is incredible as long as you dont select continuous heart monitoring. It lasts for days and charges in about 40 min. Some cool features on phone app that I never expected to work as well as they do but there are almost no instructions so you need to experiment a bit to get set up. For what I paid it is a 4 star product.

fitteck is very dishonest and operates like a slick criminal enterprise. they've been jerking me around for several months with lies and alibies plenty of emails and one answered phone assurance of product delivery which i never got; the other reviews are on point similar story fittect is predatory especially towards the elderly - got me for $108 and no refund! i ain't giving up but it's so frustrating with everything else [covid-19]. don't give your money to bad businesses like this greedy deceptive company

Ordered smart fitness wristband. Received item in timely manner and in good condition. Charged overnight and everything seemed to be working fine. Held charge for a couple of hours then went dead. Contacted them via email and was answered promptly. I requested a refund of the full purchase price and they stated they do not accept returns due to the cost of return shipping. They did not even offer to replace the device. In the end they offered me a 25% refund. Paid 50 got back 12. I would not recommend them to anyone.
