Currently have a Wordpress w/ Woo website. Previous developers became uncontactable so the site slowly collapsed but that’s another story. Got recommended Shopblocks by a local graphic designer who had done some work with them. Happy with the current progress and the transition has been relatively easy. Pricing seems reasonable too. Will update in 6 months if much changes

Had technical reason to contact Shopblocks, Ellis responded extremely quickly with answers but then went on to offer further advice which I am now taking up. First Class Customer Support.

Can’t recommend Shopblocks enough. I had tried numerous options for my e-commerce stores and had landed on Shopify but couldn’t get anywhere near what I wanted. I was contacted initially to arrange a demo, loved that they are local to me so thought I’d give them a try. The team took care of the rest and I now have 3 sites that I regularly add products to. Looking forward to growing them further using Shopblocks.

Been with these guys just over a year now for my online shop. Really simple to use and can always ring in with any questions, great service.

I asked shopblocks to cancel my website and refund my money several weeks ago, they said that they would like another chance and promised a speedy resolution. I gave them anther try and realised after another 5 weeks that it was just stalling for time as very little work has been done in the last few weeks. so have reluctantly asked for a refund which was promised when they asked for a second chance, however this has not been forthcoming. So have had to raise a dispute with Barclaycard.

fast response to queries, e.g Ellis has just sent me the font and colour details for the logo. highly recommend Shopblocks. many thanks

Poor company to deal with, they do not do what they say they can , it's been a complete waste of time & money. Feel very let down. Promised it would all be done & ready to use in 6 weeks (this was in November 2020) after 6 months it was finally set up only after many emails & calls from ourselves and work done by ourselves to sort it out. Finally set up mid /late April & we cannot access to do simple things like SEO work like we should be able to. Have emailed them and yet again waiting for a call as usual going back to Shopify as its so easy and simple to use and can do SEO work as & when needed without any issues. Would like a refund as it does not deliver what it said & have wasted much of our own time, month after month with this company. Had enough very dissatissfied customer.

Speedy and efficient response as well as being friendly and supportive. Although the initial answer was not quite clear to me, it was quickly clarified and the solution explained.

I have received a fantastic service from Ibrahim Adam at Shopblocks. Despite having no previous experience in setting up a new website Ibrahim was able to guide and support me through the process. He was friendly and very approachable. His communication was clear and to the point. All my requirements were addressed and actioned accordingly in an efficient and timely manner. Ibrahim demonstrated a huge amount of expertise which is reflected in the work he has produced. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service received and the final website. I have no hesitation in recommending Shopblock and Ibrahim.

We were emailed out of the blue by YourCricket.site but it came at a good time for us as we were looking to renew our website. Once we signed up Shopblocks too over the website creation, and overall I am happy with the service received. Franki, who's mainly done our website, is good at listening to our specific requirements and the implementing them on the site. Equally she can take a vague idea that we provide and execute it using her skills in web design. Dealt also with Riley and Jamie at times, and they have been good too in giving clear explanations on our questions.

Our club received an email in January offering a new club website. We only had a play cricket website and Facebook page which were barely maintained. Really happy with the service we’ve received thus far. One of their team took time out of hours to explain to the committee the pros and cons which was appreciated. Thank you, Owen (Treasurer)

9 months on & STILL no website ! Shop blocks promised me they could copy my old mr site website as TSOHost were no longer hosting mr site .. I was told it would take about a week - that was in June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic .. 9 months on & £1000 lighter I still have no website ,no income & no business! .. now fighting to get my money back ... anyone else ??

Personally I’ve worked with Frankie and Rian and a finance lady from management and they have all been so warm understanding and hard working and talented
They are really speedy with their responses in matters and worked really hard to ensure my satisfaction and I have been really happy :))

I needed a website quickly and I wanted a bespoke design.

I came across Shopblocks, spoke to one of their project/design managers and before I knew it they were taking my designs and bringing it to life online.

I don't write many reviews or make recommendations but this is a product AND (even more so) a service that I'd put my name to and hang my reputation on.

They took my requirements, clarified and challenged, and then over delivered. All at an unbelievable price.

Their service beyond getting the site live is quick and efficient (and friendly).

I love shopblocks and its professional team especially Nikola who has been appointed as my project manager and continues to provide support at every step of the way in producing and introducing new ideas to build what I feel will be a fantastic website for my business.

I have been developing a brand new website for my cricket club, Offham CC, with Nikola and Rob, both of whom have been very proactive with their support and communication to meet our objectives. So far we have been through the initial design and development phases, and things are looking good. I look forward to reporting on the final outcome in Part 2.

Although it’s still in the planning stage I have to say that my experience with Shopblocks so far has been excellent. From my initial on boarding call with Nikola to my google meet with Adam, the expertise and professionalism has been outstanding. I am very hopeful that sales will be improved with our new website.

I was approached by Shopblocks to build my new website by a very friendly gentleman called Rian, he was professional and let their experience speak for itself. I was then taken through all my website specifications by the team including Nikola and my web designer Franki. I can't fault their determination to help me succeed in my field and get the best out of my website. I would definitely recommend them!

After 10 years uninterrupted presence of our web shop we decided to change platform to Shopblocks. Our previous contract was due to run out in four weeks and as our shop is very simple Shopblocks assured us that they would have our new website ready. They did a quick design which was good and we approved with no changes. Then it all started to go wrong....
The deadline came and went, our old website came down and no new one was ready. Multiple emails and phone calls followed but there is no one at Shopblocks to co-ordinate the project so this was left to us to identify each issue in the new website, and then approach them through the support link to get someone (different each time) to address each issue. There were errors in all areas of the website, the agreed listing format was not reproduced, product templates were not as agreed, data was not correctly imported, images didn't display correctly, delivery rates etc were not correctly set, tax rates and prices were incorrect, simple things like a contact form was missing, no search function included, the list went on and on, every aspect of the website was flawed. We had to find each issue and then chase again and again to get it sorted......and five months later we are still doing it! We have been offline for over five months, missed out on Christmas sales and still don't have a website. We estimate our losses at over £200K!
Can we get Shopblocks to finish the website? Can't even get a response form them any more, yet they are charging us monthly for absolutely nothing, just more lost business. If we had any money left we would sue them, but we are nearly finished as a business, seven people will loose their jobs, and we have no idea what to do. We will have to try to start again with another company but it may be too late now.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Shopblocks are all marketing and no follow up, and have no real interest in providing any kind of service, they simply don't care. Beware though, they are very convincing when you talk to them....
