Poor
Never got an email confirmation so I thought my order didn't go through. The item arrived weeks later even though it said it would take a couple of days.

I am very sorry for the bad experience you had!
The email confirmation is an automatic generated email, but sometimes it ends up in the spam filter.
We normally deliver within 1-2 days, but unfortunately we had a delivery problem as the chair you ordered was temporary out of stock. This will under normal circumstances be written in the webshop (and it will not be possible to order it) but do to a mistake in stock it was not written as sold out. You should also have received an email about the delay in the delivery, but this might also have went into your spam filter.
Also you should know that you always have 14 days right of return, no matter what reason you have for returning the product.
