1 star is to much. Worst company. Got my boots that looked nothing like what i ordered. Heel was broken. I wanted to rerurn them and they wanted to charge me a restock fee

My boots were ordered by my daughters for one of my Christmas gifts and it was ordered December 23, 2018 and I’m just getting them today (January 30, 2019). The boots looked nothing like the ones I’d ordered and the material was like plastic..... the heal was too high and in a different material..... this boot looks horrible and I definitely want my money back!!!!! Look if you’re going to false advertise, than make sure it looks close to the merchandise.... because it’s going to hurt you’ll business in the long run and reputation! Just give me back my money! The first boots are the ones I ordered and the last ones are what they sent me....looks nothing like my boots I ordered....🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️IMG_1612.PNG

Shoepie is a ripp off. I placed an order for a chain. Wanted some shoes, but decided to order something simple first to see if they are legit. I placed the order on December 10th of 2018 and today is January 16th, 2019. I emailed them numerous times and keep getting automated messages stated it is in transit and to check my tracking number. It has been in transit since then I guess. Tracking number don't even work. About to dispute this and get back my money. It's a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Going to write this one! I ordered pair of boots in November! It’s january and I’m still battling with this company over sending me my boots! They haven’t even offered to reimburse me for them! They keep sending me the same automated email responses! I have never had a problem with any company they say I’ve had a problem with this company! I don’t reccommend that anyone orders off this site unless you want to receive your winter boots in the summer time! I asked to be transferred to a manager more than 10 times and still have yet to talk to one! Not to mention it takes them a good 3 days just to answer me back! 2 months I’ve been fighting with this company and I still don’t know where my shoes are and the best part is lol all they offered me was 5$ off my next order ! I will never Order from here again! It’s a complete scam! Don’t even waste your time! I’ve already filed a complaint with the better business bureau! If this doesn’t light a fire under their butts then idk what will! They’re in for a rude awakening though!

Shoes came damaged and very poor quality. Shoespie stopped responding and communicating when I wanted to return shoes for refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

The reply by Shoespi states they tried reaching out many times. As soon as I stated I wanted to return for a refund Shoespie stopped communicating, They did not in anyway honour the return policy. If Shoespi did honor the return policy they wouldn’t be getting this review. Disgraceful.

Ordered 4 pairs of boots 12/5/18. 12/20/18 I received an email from Shoespie notifying me of a delay and asked if I still wanted to continue with the order. I asked if they’d make it by Christmas and they said they couldn’t get them here by then. I should have followed my instincts and just canceled the order but I didn’t . The boots arrived 12/31/18 and OMG talking about cheap knockoff fake plastic noxious smelling monstrosities ! I emailed Shoespie to inform them of my disappointment with the fake plastic boots and they had nerve to ask for a picture of my concerns so they could offer me a solution 🤔🤨! I emailed the pictures of the crap they sent as well as the pictures shown on their website. I’ve not gotten a response! I immediately called American Express to inform them of my issue. They suspended the charge and are attempting to contact Shoespie to get my money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM For the people writing positive reviews I’m glad you got lucky and got the item you purchased. Those of us that spent hundreds and expected quality got SCAMMED BIG TIME! P.S They know they send out chemically enhanced items because their customer card specifies do not send back items that you’ve perfumed (sprayed with Febreze or some odor remover). The fumes are noxious and instantly gave me a headache. REPLYING to the LIE you just posted...Shame on you Shoespie for lying! Since there is no way for me to upload the back and forth email conversations I've had with Sally, Summer and "The Managers" about the stupid resolutions you've offered, please check your inbox for the 6 emails that I've replied to regarding each one of the asinine resolutions you've offered. Since we are here, I'll let you know what resolution you offered and what my response was just so we are clear on how ridiculously fraudulent your site is.

YOU: I just talked this with our manager and i have been told that she is willing to refund$50 as comperstaion for you and you can keep it at the same time. If you still want to return them back to us. you can return them back to US warehouse. We will refund $74.16(=94.16 product price-$20 shipping fee) after the returned package has been delivered by us. As for the shipping fee, Hope you can understand that the orginal shipping fee has been charged by shipping carrier when they were shipped to you, so we are unable to refund original shipping charge right now. Your website reads: If you are not 100% satisfied with the items your received, we can easily arrange an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. I contacted you 15 seconds after receipt as I am not only appalled at the scam you're trying to pull off, I am NOT 100% satisfied. For the last and final time, A full refund is the only acceptable resolution. I didn't put the FAKE KNOCKOFF FRAUDULENT items in the mail with the DELIBERATE intent to SCAM myself! I don't care what your shipper charged you, you didn't send me what I purchased. These items are noxious and toxic fakes that you tried to duplicate with sub par materials. In what universe would you believe that allowing you to deduct $49.26 from my refund and then also pay additional monies to mail them back to you would be acceptable to me!? Please stop! The misspelled words and improper grammar proves that you are a FRAUDULENT company that needs to be shut down. Once again, Awaiting return labels and my refund...Any more lies you want to tell?

Shoes arrived in poor condition with black paint in 4 places on the shoes. Sent pictures and requested return. Was asked if the black paint could be cleaned off. Could not be cleaned and that I would like to return. Since then I have heard nothing and they are not responding to follow-up emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT HONORING RETURN POLICY

This company is horrible! They are complete scammers! The pictures of their products look beautiful and appear to be good quality but when you actually get the shoes, the quality is so low! The shoes that I received were warped and looked like a child tried to glue them together. The shoes smelled toxic and I was appalled at the quality of shoes I purchased. I paid $100 for each pair and they refused to refund my money and said, keep the shoes and we will send you $20. Umm, no. I paid almost $200 and you want me to keep warped and low quality shoes and you’ll refund me $20? No. I can buy better quality shoes in the US for that amount of money. I had to dispute it on PayPal to get my money back. PayPal MADE them refund my money on the condition that I send the shoes back and pay return shipping costs. I had to pay shipping to return the stupid shoes and then on top of it, they ended up sending the shoes back to me. I suppose they didn’t want their crappy shoes back anyways. Anyhow, don’t buy from this company and beware of buying anything from China. I have been burned by a lot of Chinese companies and will not buy online stuff that is not backed by a brand name.

My wife wanted some new shoes and decided to take a chance online give that they state full refund on their website We ordered three pairs of shoes, size 8. Two of the pairs were too small and one too big. She accepted this and tried to contact them to get a refund. For months we tried to email them , ring them and they ignored us. They basically would not refund the purchase. I logged a case against PayPal and they offered 20 dollar refund, they said that it would cost them too much money to refund the shoes.

I sent 30 emails, in the end we took the 20 dollar refund to move on. Save yourself the money DO NOT by buy off this company they are scum

This was the worst shoe experience I have ever had in my life! Shoespie is a company that is running a shoe scam online. The shoe photos online do not match the shoes you purchased. The color is different, the size is too small, and the material is cheap as hell (plastic and fake material). It took 10 days for me to receive one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered. Then the second pair arrived 15 days later. I was finally happy to see that I had received the shoes but when I open the boxes I was back disappointed again! The first shoe was big as hell, made of plastic, and it did not look like what the model had on online. This shoe was cheaper looking than Walmart shoes... to be honest Walmart sells better shoes and quality than Shoespie. I was so hurt because I paid $87.28 for damn shoes that should have been $5.00...I could not believe what I was looking at. The second shoe was even worst! The shoe was blue in color, made of fake suede, beat the hell up, and just embarrassing to look at. I paid $109.12 for the shoes and that was not worth it for both of the shoes together. I will neeeeeeeevvvvveeeeerrrrr

Please do not buy from Shoespie because I bought two pair of shoes and they were not what was online and the cost of the shoes was a rip off....I paid $196.00 and Shoespie is only refunding me $126.94 so I am out of $40.00 not to mention I have to pay to have the shoes shipped back so that will cost even more money to send them back...this has been a headache for 1 month...so don't be fooled by Shoespie! They ripped me off because of the pictures of the shoes online and I did not read any reviews before I ordered these shoes...So I am writing a review to help someone else out before this company makes a fool of you like they got me! Never again.
