I ordered a jacket from here on January 18th. I kept getting e-mails almost every week for a month apologizing for the delay and offering crappy discounts on my next purchase. I e-mailed them that I wanted to cancel the order and got no response. I made a case with PayPal, and the company said they would cancel the order if I dropped the case. I did, and they didn't respond for a week. I then got an e-mail that they couldn't refund me because they had already sent the package (a week after I had e-mailed them for probably the 5th time to cancel the order).

I ordered shoes for a Christmas gift that did not fit. Had to jump through hoops to follow the exact return policy (and pay for the return), and STILL have not received my money back from PayPal. Customer service did not respond to my inquiry 2 weeks ago either.
To add to the debacle, the shoes smelled like mothballs :(

Does anyone know where these people are getting the merchandise pics from? They must be stealing them from a legit store!

Scammer. Go under the name bootspie and they have a website showing like legit nice boots. His woman is a scammer and I have gotten the infor that FBI is getting the Interpol involved with wire fraud that have been committing. So it is just a matter of time, before the authorities are at this woman’s door, and take her down.

Please people when you see these scammers' advertisements on Pinterest--Shoespie (also known as Bootspie), as well as scammer clothing sites like Rotita, PLEASE report them to Pinterest! It's easy, just click on the small dots at the lower right of the ad, and you can report them as a scam website and also block them from your feed. Bootspie seems to be using photos from FreePeople's website as well...

I ordered from shoespie in the past about four yrs ago...they were great! But I see the prices are much higher and reviews are terrible now!! I’m a believer when it comes to reviews.don’t do it ppl!!

Thank God I read the reviews! I will not order anything from this website! These people should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of their hard earned money! Thanks again guys for the honest reviews.

Awful. Ordered shoes over a month ago, no merchandise received. Tracking site is fraudulent. Thankfully I didn't spend much ;)

I ordered a pair of boots December 9, 2018. Tracking number RO285880586CN. It is now July 31, 2019 and I still HAVE NOT received my PAID for merchandise. You people are a scam and full of bull. The only answer I keep getting is your order is on its way. I'm tired of the excuses and I'm taking legal action!!!!!

I ordered some heels for my girlfriendwhich the company claims ship on July 1st and it is now July 15th when she had still not received her order.also when I enter the tracking number in the system it says no items can be tracked with that number. I emailed them requesting a refund and they still have not responded to me.I think this site is a scam and everybody should report them on the better business bureau website

I told this company I wanted a refund of $75.58 because after reading their reviews i didn't want to proceed with order, well they said they cancelled it and I have yet to receive my refund. I wish i would have saw the reviews before ordering. I went on their website and it still says processing order instead of being cancelled.

This Company is horrible. I placed an order on March 25, 2019, and as of today April 26, 2019. I still have not received my order. It still shows the status as Shipped. This is a RIP off.

I ordered some shoes March 12, 2018. I gave you all my email address. You all took my money asap out my account. YOU NEVER SENT ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER! ALMOST a month later I was able to get through to you all on fb. Someone sent me a confirmation number. After several attempts. I was finally directed to a page to track my item. Once typing in my track number. I was told I dont have any itens being shipped to me. You all advertise beautiful shoes but it's false advertisement! You make it extremely hard to contact you! You ripped me off, ruined my outing, I dont even have money to buy more shoes elsewhere! I'm very upset! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND STOP STEALING PPL'S MONEY ASAP!

Horrible I placed the order Feb 2 and today is April 4th and all I received is one out of 4 items. I emailed several times for update got zero response. Very disappointed although the one order I received is very nice quality.

Do not buy from this deceptive company. They do not deliver, and they will rip you off. Do yourself a favor, and avoid them like the plague. We all work hard for our money, and don't need some sham in Asia to rip us off.

Avoid this scam. They will sell wrong or damaged shoes and returning is turbulence as you pay for return shipping and they still subtract 20% from your initial payment when they were wrong in the first place. Two sizes short, two lefts. At last quality is close to “knockoff”

I would not given Shoespie a star @ all if that was possible. This will be an UPDATE from Shoespie after my initial Review posted on 2/20/19. It will include all email exchanges between Shoespie & myself after my initial post. Beginning on 2/21/19 Dear Olga Turnage

I have waited as patiently as possible for my refund to process and as of today I have not received my refund. You can keep it, I hope it was worth it. I going to add our entire email exchange to the Reviews and you will NOT be able to continue to SCAM people. But the biggest thing is that this company has committed money wire transfer which is a FELONY. I will find out who ALL has been SCAMMED by this company & I PROMISE you & the people that have been SCAMMED that justice will prefrail.

TRUSTPILOT will not allow you to include email addresses but I PROMISE this is our true exchange. Shoespie tried to bribe me into taking down my REVIEW. I URGE ANYONE who reads this review & have been SCAMMED by Shoepie let's not stand around and take the loss. Shoespie is committing money wire FRAUD by taking people Credit Cards numbers and money & are profiting and not delivering....This is a FELONY punishable by LONG JAIL SENTENCES

I Swati Sharma, had a great affection towards shoes, sandles, and heels. I buy dozen of them. I shared the feelings with my friends and they were so crazy about it. They also bought many shoes too.
