I HATE that I placed an order through…

I HATE that I placed an order through this company! My package was never delivered and it took forever to get a response from the customer service department once I emailed them. They only responded to my email AFTER I called them. Then once I called to resolve the matter they didn't seem to care at all. My package was supposed to be delivered 4/7/2025, today is 4/25/25 and my issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. Once they spoke to FedEx and FedEx confirmed that the package was lost they somehow forgot to put in a ticket for the matter which delayed things even more. I sent them all corresponding emails I received via FedEx in which they still haven't opened the email or responded to me. All they keep telling me to do is wait. I asked to have another item sent out due to this being a gift instead of receiving a refund and was told to just wait until FedEx closes their case although FedEx has already closed the case. It's been weeks already that I've been waiting and I mentioned how this is a birthday gift which is why I ordered it weeks in advance. The customer service department truly sucks and have no effort to fix the matter. One customer service agent hung up on me because I said the phone was going in and out and I couldn't here them and they immediately hung up, called back and immediately hung up again before I could even answer the call. It barely rang once. Once I'm issued my refund I will NOT reorder the merchandise that I originally shopped here for. I will never shop here again and I will be sure to spread the word to others not to shop here. All I wanted was another item sent out being that it was proven that FedEx was at fault. I placed my order well in advance for a birthday that's ok 4/27/2025. My package was supposed to be delivered on 4/7/2025. Today is 4/25/25. This should not still be an ongoing issue. Also, never email them, just try calling although they encourage you to email for a faster resolution. This has been a terrible experience.

Shoe palace is the worst footwear…

Shoe palace is the worst footwear department. They will charge for shipping, return and take forever to refund. Will have to call over and over to ask for refund even after the received items . Call center workers are lazy and do not answer calls.

The worst company

Has got to be the worse company to order from online. I ordered two pairs of shoes one came in dirty and clearly used. I’ve sent several emails and have yet to hear back. I will never do business with company again.

Placed an order for nikes..but I…

Placed an order for nikes..but I ordered the wrong size..I couldn't cancel the order even though I only placed it an hour earlier..fine..I received the package and automatically returned it with everything they have asked for..2 weeks later and I have received no word about my return and have yet to be refunded..I have emailed them several times with no response.. customer service is horrible and rude last time I called..I would avoid buying shoes from this company..I suspect it's a scam

Oklahoma

I recently ordered 2002r New Balance in the spruce colorway. I ordered my shoes Friday, received them Tuesday and I only paid 9 dollars for shipping which is pretty accurate if you're familiar with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping prices. The quality of the shoe is as expected from New Balance, so there are no questions in authenticity. I am extremely happy with my purchase and glad I went with my gut after reading the reviews. My girlfriends birthday is coming up I'll be shopping with them again here soon. No cap.

Bad experience

Bad experience. I ordered several shirts and a jacket. They ended up sending me the wrong jacket so I sent them a message thru their website, but I got no response. 4 days later I emailed them with all the information, informing them I just wanted an exchange for the correct item. A week later they emailed me back with the return and shipping label telling me I’ll be losing the shipping fee, along with paying for shipping and processing fee for the return (not even an exchange). So I emailed them back asking why I am I being charged all these fees for their mistake. It’s almost a month since I emailed them back and still haven’t gotten a response and now it’s way past the return date. I liked the shirts but a mistake like this is bad business practice. Sending a customer the wrong item just to charge them for restock and shipping fee for the workers mistake and then ghosting them until the 30 day return date is over. CRAZY!

PATHETIC

PATHETIC, the shoes are awful fakes and couldn’t even say Jordan. I think it says joquoaz and it has Russian lettering next to it. These things are a scam this can’t be from the actual shoe palace. Not only did it take 30 years to get here, it came in a torn up box aswell. FAKEST SHOES EVER

Rip off

I’m never gonna buy nothing from this shitty ass store I bought some shoes online. And try returning it from the store. And they don’t take online orders. So you have to mail it back to them and pay for shipping. And a restocking fee.

Non Existent Customer Service for On Line Orders

I purchased some shoes in November before Thanksgiving as a Christmas present but I didn't receive them as I don't know if FedEx delivery just marked it delivered and left them outside our gated community or the delivery person just took them off with them. I checked cameras and if delivery instructions were followed, I would see that they made an attempt to deliver the shoes. However, there was no attempt, and the photo was just literally a picture of the gate with no package, but FedEx's comments read that it was delivered to the mailroom, which is nonexistent!

I reported it on 11/28/2024 and was advised that they would have to file a claim with FedEx, which can take 4-8 weeks, but I needed the shoes for Christmas, and they didn't have them in the stores. Therefore, I made another purchase while I waited for my refund. 4 weeks later, on 12/31, I followed up for some status updates. I heard back from Shavon stating that the claim wasn't filed until 12/10/2024. Fine, it's the holiday, I get it. So, I restarted the time based on the 12/10/2024 date.

2/8/2025 - I sent another email with no response, then I followed up on 2/21/2025, and still no response.

There is such a lack in customer service based on all of the other companies that I have dealt with such as Foot Locker. It was my first time purchasing anything from Shoe Palace and I am beyond disappointed as this is such an unprofessional way to do business. I would never recommend buying anything on line from them. If you can't get it at the store, then check somewhere else cuz it's definitely a gamble!

Company is making a profit on the actual sale and RETURNS!!

I had a terrible experience with company's return policy, and I would highly advise against from purchasing from them. Their online return process is a complete rip-off and feels like a scam. Not only do they not provide a return label, but they also charge a ridiculous $15.00 restocking fee. To make matters worse, customers are responsible for their return shipping fees which can be astronomical. I ordered a pair of shoes for $155.00 and had to return them, I had to pay $61.26 in shipping cost. This is an absurd amount considering I'm already paying for the product I no longer want. The company is making a profit on both the purchase and returns.

Bad service and no response from customer service!
On February 8, 2025, I bought 2 college jackets from Shoe Palace worth $99.96 + shipping $12.95. 2 days later, I received a message saying that one jacket had been canceled because it was not available. I was refunded the $49.98 for the jacket, but not the shipping. According to the website, shipping for 1 jacket only costs $7.95. That means I should actually get $5 back. I have already written to customer service but have not received a response.

I wanted to give zero stars

I wanted to give zero stars. I ordered a size 10 in toddlers. They sent me a 10 women’s. Made multiple attempts to get the correct shoes, but they do not answer the phone, my messages weren’t answered, I even emailed repeatedly, no response. This place is terrible.

I feel sad and upset with shoe palace cus I order the Jordan 3 black cement 2024 on Feb 5th I paid $239 and guess what they sent me a pair of defects shoes , the shoes has some defects the quality 1 to 10 I would said 4,, so shoe palace please if u sell shoes with defects just be honest with the customers,
