Nope. Just don't.

I ordered from their website.
Although, I don't normally order from places that don't have free shipping, but this was the only place that had the shoes my partner wanted. I thought I should order something for myself, too.
Unfortunately, the website design is awful, and I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I typically check for return policies when ordering from new places. I didn't.
And that's what brings me here. I returned the shoes. They arrived over a week ago, but still no refund. And they charge a "processing fee" for returns. So in total, I will have paid for half of what the shoes cost just to return them.
Never order from this place.

Terrible service

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Received 1 pair out of 3. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve placed my order and I have emailed and called and no one answers either the phone or my emails. No updates on shipping either. Wont ever do this again.

Very Poor Experience

I had a very poor experience in their shop at The Venetian. Purchased a pair pf shoes yesterday and had to return them cause they were a bit too small. The store manager told me I could not replace them cause I returned them without the box. I did not take the box because I am traveling today. Sadly nobody at the shop yesterday told me that without the box the sale is final. Shame on the people who work there and the company who train them.

I seriously worried about my order...

I found to great deal for 2 pair of shoes at shoe palace website and I placed an order but there customer service not satisfied cuz I didn't get a tracking # and any email for that. So I tried to contact to shoe palace but it's very hard to reached and I searched to this web store review...but it's horrible...however I can say that I didn't have any issue at this time . They shipped out my shoes in the plastic bag but shoe box was any damage and shoes are clean, shipping speed was fairly time to delivery. I am overall OK beside to contact to customer service.

First Online Experience

I was skeptical about Shoe Palace at first because I purchased my shoes from them quickly and without really giving it a second thought because they were the only retail store that had them in stock and I didn’t want to miss out. It was only afterwards that I discovered they had many terrible online reviews. So I was anxious and annoyed with myself for being so impulsive. To my pleasant surprise, both pairs of shoes that I ordered arrived fairly quickly, and in great shape. The first pair came in a cardboard box and the second pair came in a bag, but thankfully the pair that came in a bag was still in great condition. I think they should ship everything in a box however. I would’ve probably given them 3 stars out of 5 if the pair that came in the bag had been damaged, but I guess I got lucky. The shoes themselves arrived in the correct sizes and in absolutely pristine condition. I’ve been extensively researching fake versus real Jordans and I can say with 99.9% certainty that my shoes are authentic. I know some people have been concerned about that. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t offer free shipping. On a pair of Jordan 5 Golden Tickets that I got on sale for $139.98 the shipping cost $8.95 and the tax was $12.10 for a total of $161.03. On my second pair, which were Jordan 4 Retro White Cements I paid $225 with shipping at $10.95 and tax at $19.17 for a total of $255.12. I definitely got hit over the head on those. I’ve heard people complain that if they try to return items, it is a headache. I can’t comment on that as I haven’t had to return anything to them yet. The main takeaway for me is that I got what I ordered in great accuracy and condition. I’ll probably order from them again and if anything goes wrong, I’ll come right back here to let people know about it.

INCREDIBLE SHOP!

I have been purchasing from shoe palace and getting shoes and clothing and I have not been let down.(Shipping) it took less than a week pretty good. (Quality) incredible quality, I feel like every other online clothing store I have purchased from is bad quality but shoe palace is comfortable with amazing quality.RECOMMEND!

It was big mistake in life that I placed a order with them. Highly suggest against them
You can't reach them on call doesn't matter you try one time or thousand time.
Delivery time is seriously frustrating. It's been more than 20days and order hasn't delivered.

Do not buy from this retailer

Do not buy from this retailer! The shipment took extremely long, the shoes didn't fit, and for 2 weeks I tried reaching customer service over the phone, via email and on their website, and was unable. Its evidently a tactic to avoid returns and leave customers holding a product they did not want.

Extremely unprofessional customer support and complaint handling

First time shopping at shoe palace and will be the last time. I ordered a pair of Air Jordan 1 and it never came. It took me roughly 3 weeks with at least 6 calls back and forth with their customer support and yet to have them really determine the resolution for my loss item. First, they pushed it on the courier (FEDEX) and never followed up. Second, what frustrated me the most is the unprofessionalism of the support staff. They give empty promise and never followed through. For instance, I was informed that my request/complaint had been escalated to the upper management and the management would give me the update first thing in the morning by 9AM (it is after my 5th call and showed my frustration with their lack of attention). The next morning, I waited until 10:30AM, yet no call, I decided to call back and the lady told me the management will not be able to look at my request and tell me to just dispute the transaction or otherwise I will have to wait for up to 6-8 weeks from FEDEX. So I am going to dispute the transaction and will make sure to tell to all the people I know to never shop at this place despite their variety and stocking. It amazes me that they have been in business for this long with how they handle their customers.

Suggestion: Just say you can/can't do something, be blunt and no need to lie.

WOW JUST READ THE REVIEWS AND IM HIGHLY UPSET SPEND 600 ON SHOES FOR MY 3 GIRLS AND I NEVER RECIEVED AND IT SAYS ITS BEEN DELIVERED THEY NEVER EVEN SEND NOTIFICATIONS ON WHO WAS DELIVERING IT . I CAN ONLY SEE IT SAYS DELIVERED I TRIED CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAY THEYRE ONLY AVAILABLE MON-FRI AND THERE CLOSED. IM REALLY UPSET CAUSE IM A SINGLE PARENT OF 3 LIKE WTF I D9NT HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY.

My box came trashed

My box came trashed! The $200 Jordan 1 came in a bag! They shipped the box in a fed ex bag. The bag was open and the shoe box is completely crushed!!

shopped on their website…

First I only shopped on their website because Nike and Footlocker were out of my size on a specific sneaker. I wasn’t able to try on the shoe so I ordered the wrong size (it happens) but shoe palace has one of the worst return policies. They don’t offer a shipping label so your only option is USPS which is a $20 fee they also charge you a process fee on returns. They offer no exchanges even if it’s just a size difference. There are two store locations in Brooklyn which close at 6pm during the week and closed on weekends. I live in NJ I will not make it to Brooklyn by 6pm after work during rush hour. I will not shop here again and will not recommend anyone to shop here it’s too much of a hassle. Nike and Footlocker are the way to go.

Don’t eveeeeeerr order anything from shoe palace the worst company, rude customer service!!!! My shoes have been returned since beginning of may and I have still yet to get my dang money back, they are scams, crooks, please don’t order anything from them, glad I took pictures of everything they are a joke, especially that Henry, I will be taking this further, they say they got my return but have not took it off the truck

Shoe Palace online is the worst

Shoe Palace online is the worst. You’re better off ordering directly from Nike or whichever shoe company you prefer.

They charge for shipping, which is understandable. However, I ordered an item and quickly realized it was the wrong size. I called within one hour of placing the order to request a change. I was told that no changes could be made because the order had already been sent to their distribution department.

To return the item, I would have to pay both shipping and a restocking fee. I asked if I could simply change the size—I was told no. I asked if I could exchange it at a local store—again, no. I even asked if I could return it to a store—still no.

No solution was ever offered to me besides returning the item and losing money in the process. This is a horrible company with terrible business practices. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t stay in business for long.

Do yourself a favor and order directly from Nike, Adidas, Foot Locker, or Champs. You’ll save yourself time, money, and frustration.
