Superb! They bought a rare item I needed and shipped it to me. It was packaged safely and delivered fast. The prices are extremely fair! I highly highly highly recommend it!
It’s ok
It’s ok, but the international shipping they use the size is the box to decide shipping cost. So if the retailer uses a large box, you pay high. Plus v little options of shippers for international. I have to pay 98 a dollars compared to 25 with someone else. I was happy to do slow post, but wasn’t even given that option. It arrived in 2 days, but for 98 bucks.

Omar and Shippn services were Wonderful. I was finally able to order items that I have wanted but had no way to ship to the US. The service made me able to order. Omar was amazing at keeping me updated and walk me through the process as i missed some steps. He also packaged with care and was amazed at how fast I received my items and in perfect condition! Buy for Me service is Excellent!
I used the Buy for Me service. My Hong Kong host researched and coordinated many orders for me of items I can't find in the states. Everything was consolidated in a single package to save costs and arrived just as ordered! Some of the items I requested were from old listings, but my Host worked hard to track things down. The service is very simple to use and communication is excellent - I was always dealing with the same person. Highly recommend.

A Switzerland store had a Blu-ray I wanted to purchase and I used Shippn.
Unlike other item buying and forwarding companies that check to make sure the item is available before paying for it, with Shippn you have to pay for it BEFORE it's made sure the item is actually available for purchasing.
I received my order today but all the Host had to do was receive the parcel from the Swiss store, open it to make sure the correct item was there, seal it back up, place it into a parcel for my chosen courier and then send it to me.
When it arrived today, not only did I find that the Blu-ray had been taken out of the packaging, but the plastic and the outer slick of the digi-book case had been placed inside the case with the enclosed booklet looking like it had been pulled roughly off the glue that was holding it in place.
Whether the Blu-ray was sent like that which I find unlikely, or the Host actually opened and looked at the contents of the case instead of just sending the item as it was sent by the store which I find more likely.

Great experience! First time using it; I had my eye on a purse with Australian retailer that didn't ship international. The shipper I used was excellent, packed it the day after it arrived to her house, and I got the purse a week later. Will absolutely use again.

Great service through Shippn . I wanted an item from Uniqlo which for some reason was no longer sold in Canada but was available in the UK. I asked my contact (not sure if I give names here) to buy my item and he did so and it was deliverd at speed. It was sent and arrrived in less that 5 days. Love this service and my contact. I will use both again, if needs be.

Car parts from the US to Germany
I used Shippn to send car parts from the US to Germany. The seller on Ebay didn't offer international shipping. The cost of the product was $24 with free shipping within the US.
After about three weeks the item finally arrived in Germany. However, the costs added up to about 125 Euros, which equals $140.
I wouldn't use Shippn again. The added fees, shipping costs, duties etc are just too high.
Three stars because everything worked but the cost is definitely too high.

Great shipping service if you want to pay 2x the cost of what your item is worth to get it shipped. Wanted to ship a $200 item? Was quoted $200 and then had to pay $400 instead because the weight was inflated for shipping. So, now we're talking $600 total to buy and ship a single product. Scam of a service honestly.

Communications a bit slow, but that could be timezone related. Postage was extremely expensive as they only use DHL or FedEx and then add their margin and the 'buyers' margin on top. These fees could be made more transparent, so user can accurately calculate total shipping cost. Good if you need something urgently.

Bought an expensive purse
Bought an expensive purse. Seller was great. Host stopped responding when item was received. So did Shippn. I don’t know what to do. No phone number to call. I want to cry. This is evil.
UPDATE: after so much stress and hounding, I finally received a response. Shippn asked me to remove my review and that only would they send my package if I removed my claim. They finally let go but now are asking me for $200 extra dollars to ship from the third party. They completely changed the dimensions of the item. I know because the seller gave me receipt of the weight. Waiting on a resolution. My package has been held for a month.
Update:
The weekend passed and now it’s Monday. They corrected the dimensions and it’s about $10 less. I asked for a discount for the trouble; they agreed. Now just waiting for a response confirming no additional fees will be requested. They’ve been responding quickly until I asked this question.
Update: They FINALLY said no but proceeded to threaten to hold my package hostage if they find out I have put in any dispute against their service. I thought we were past this point. Any normal company would resolve their issue so any dispute will be resolved. This is like nothing I’ve ever seen. I requested them to call me. Let’s see if they actually have a working phone.
Tiny Update: hours have passed after the quick responses. It’s always the one question that makes them go silent. No answer whether they have a phone, just what seems like ping-pongy blackmail and holding my package hostage. It feels like a call for a fraud investigation.
Major Update: I finally received a call. It’s apparently a number they don’t use but only for this special case. When you call, it doesn’t pick up for you. I spoke to Melissa and pretty much forced her to speak to the company, which I used to purchase. I was on the phone for about 45 minutes with back and forth until I finally agreed to remove the dispute so I could ship. I received a 35 percent off code for the trouble…yeah,so….I ran into new obstacles. You have the shipping carriers to choose from and I spent about 30 minutes whatsapping them to understand what I was selecting. A ball of confusion concurred and I ended up selecting the expensive option. They immediately canceled and told me to try again. After I tried again and again and again, the discount code no longer worked and the payments kept failing. I missed the deadline to get it shipped off before the week ended because of all of this. They told me to try again tomorrow!
Update: This morning I was able to get someone on WhatsApp and they gave me another discount code and I was able to pay for the shipping. Everything went through. They sent me a message later and told me the host would send my package off shortly. Currently waiting for a confirmation. The big deal will be the purse actually arriving to the USA. Apparently I have custom and duty fees to be upon arrival, and I still don’t know how much that will be. I will be back with an update.
Update: I actually received a tracking link from DHL early this morning. Apparently package will be here in about 3 business days, estimate.
FINAL UPDATE: There were a few delays and minor confusion with DHL however, when my package was on hold due to missing tax info, I contacted Shippn and they actually got on a call right away and fixed it. No customs fees were due upon arrival. I received my purse after a month and it’s perfectly intact. I’m so happy this is all done. If you read this, be the judge on whether you would be willing to use this service.

I used shippn for an international shipment of at etsy purchase. I was a bit trepidatious at first never having used it before but after a little guidance from the seller, it all went very smoothly and quickly. The host shipper was great, took photos of the item and the package, and shipped my package out very quickly and I got it with no hassles ahead of schedule.
