Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I recently traveled to Amsterdam but couldn’t find the Dutch Miffy collection I wanted. After I got home, I ordered it online, only to realize the store didn’t ship to the U.S. I was a little nervous at first, but after reading so many great reviews about Bart located in Gorinchem, NL. I decided to choose him as my host and I’m so glad I did! He was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Bart and would happily use him again if I ever need anything else from the Netherlands. Thanks to, Bart! And Shippn 🙃💯💯💯

Excellent service from Shippn and my host (Moe). Everything went as planned, the product arrived in time and as expected.

I searched online and found Shippn looking for a way to order some shirts from a French brand that doesn’t ship to US. It was pretty simple to figure out and I was able to order and receive my items pretty quickly and with no trouble.

I used Shippn's Buy For Me service to purchase a hard to find vintage 1980's Giorgio Armani shirt, only available in the Netherlands on vinted.nl. Bart located in Gorinchem was my host and thanks to his timeliness he was able to purchase it and send it to me here in Chicago USA. The whole process was smooth and took about two weeks. The shirt fits and I am happy customer and will use Shippn again.

It's well run but you have to be prepared to end up paying 2.5x the cost of your items to ship from USA to UK. Costs are much more that implied.

I used Shippn for the first time, and I can recommend this business. I ordered it, and it was delivered to Bart's place.
Bart is good at communicating, so he sent me a message soon after it arrived at his place and then sent the package to my address in Canada. Shippn is a great option for getting what you want delivered from all over the world.

The entire experience of using Shippn has been nothing short of great. It takes a bit of learning to figure out what to do, but Shippn have made the process as easy as they possibly can with the clever layout of their website and the bits of succinct information you need in order to understand what to do.

There is a messaging system you can use to send messages both to the person whose mailbox your item is to be sent to and to the Shippn Team. A service like Shippn could only really work with a responsive team answering your questions and helping you through the process. The Shippn Team have been *amazing*, not only in terms of responsiveness but also in helpfulness, courtesy and understanding.

Then I must also mention Timothy, who received my item at his house in the USA and then forwarded it on to me in the UK. What a freakin' legend! Timothy was responsive, helpful and did everything at his end with absolute efficiency.

The item I ordered from the USA had to be made in a factory and wasn't shipped to Timothy's house for 8 weeks. The Shippn Team and Timothy were both incredibly understanding of this and arranged for this all to be possible without any hitches. I much appreciate their patience!

Using Shippn was the first time I've ever used this kind of service and it all felt pretty new and unusual. So many things could potentially have gone wrong. Absolutely nothing went wrong though. The whole process was completely flawless in every way you can think of.

I needed an item that was only available in the US & Canada. I had even reached out to the brand for UK shipping, but it was a US only item. I used Timothy Streeter who was absolutely fantastic. I got the item within 2 weeks and 10 days of this were the item being shipped to him! 5 stars from start to finish. I am delighted. ♥️

Wonderful experience, as usual! Shippn is a great platform which allows you to purchase anything you want from nearly everywhere in the world! I couldn't recommend more!! Mainly I purchase from my favourite country, the Netherlands, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the host Bart Meijers. He is precise, extremely accurate and so fast in shipping. My experience with Shippn exceeded every expectation. I placed my order in the Netherlands on June 17, and my shopper Bart purchased it immediately. It arrived at his address on June 19, and he quickly noticed that the retailer had packed it very poorly. Rather than simply forwarding it, he took the time to carefully repackage everything to make sure it would arrive safely.

Bart shipped it via DHL on June 22, and I received it in California on June 24—remarkably fast for an international shipment.

What impressed me most was the outstanding communication. Every question I asked was answered promptly, and he happily sent additional photos of the item whenever I requested them. Throughout the entire process, I always knew exactly what was happening.

This was my first experience using Shippn, and it couldn't have gone better. Professional, reliable, incredibly fast, and truly customer-focused. I will absolutely use Shippn again and highly recommend both the service and my shopper to anyone needing international package forwarding.

Been using the service for a few months now, and I will say that every time has been a great experience. Moe, one of the hosts for Japan orders, is a wonderful person to work with. They provide regular updates and clear communication throughout the whole order process which gives peace of mind. As well as packaging, they have done a great job in making sure that the items arrive safely.

Very pleased with the service. Mohammed, my intermediary in the Netherlands, went above and beyond in ensuring prompt and safe forwarding of my package to the USA. Would use again.

Absolutely love using shippn and Bart is an amazing host!

Was quoted $74 USD for shipment of an order to the UK. When I went to checkout they went to charge me $400 USD for a single RM “small parcel” equivalent shipment to the UK. I have used other mail forwarders like ShipItTo and have never seen anything like this. Highly disappointed as first time user and will never use them again.

I had issues making an account because I couldn't change my email without entertaining customer support which was already a bad sign, but i just deleted and started over. my service for actually purchasing and communicating with the host was fine, but the price for shipping is way too dear. I understand there is usually some expense to these services as this isn't the first I used, but the bloat on a small package was hardly feasible for future use. It arrived perfectly fine, but I doubt I'll be using it in future just because of these rates.

Entire experience beginning to end was painless and quick. I used the Buy For Me service from Belgium to US. Excellent communication from Bart Meijer from the start. Safely packaged my goods and they arrived safely. Would definitely use him again.

Used Shippn to take advantage of a discount only available in the UK. The buy for me service while more pricey is much faster than warehouse based services. Ben processed by package with no delay and was very responsive to my questions.

Avoid this company with Your whole soul. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, they are probably employees writing them.

You’ll pay 4 times the quoted shipping, there won’t be any phone number to connect to, they take days in responding to an email and they don’t care after they have your package. They’ll hold your package hostage till you pay the grossly inflated shipping amount.

I have reported the shady dealings of this company to the better business bureau and I advise everyone to stay away!!!

Giving them 5 stars based on Service and Staff. If I was to include price, that would kill a lot of stars, because this is an expensive service. Anyways, I bought a package from Singapore, shipped through DHL, received it in the States about 4 days later! Importing my items (2 Care Bears only found in that region) costed ~$180 in just shipping alone without any insurance or taxes added. Here's where the review comes in! I had a host in which i was able to start conversations, kept me updated, and was very honest through and through. I informed her that I wasnt able to pay right away and she assured me she will hold onto it and pay when im ready. She shipped it out super fast, and packaging was great! If i use this service again, im searching for that host because she was awesome. I recommend Shippn to anyone who wants to import something from another country! Just mind the cost...
