I had a wonderful experience with their online website. I highly recommend this company for several reasons. One is the quality being top notch, second, the customer service was outstanding and thirdly, the shipping was super duper fast!! Thank you! I'll definitely come back for our security needs!!

Unhappy

We had ordered a Digital Keypad lock as ours had broken! It was for our main entrance door! We were told to order model 5600 as it replaces the one that broke. We bought it with the NEXT day UPS service as we had no door handle or lock at a cost of $71.00us but did not receive the package until 4 days later!!! Then to find out it did not fit/or replace the old one! Very upset with the service and was not reimbursed for purchasing the next day service we had paid for and had not recieved. When called them to tell them the handle did not fit and we will be sending it back they would not pay for the return of the product ! I did send an email expressing my concern but no reply was given! I would not recommend this company as it was very dissapointing experience!

they had the part I needed

I needed a new latch for my biometric door lock. I didn't need or want to buy an entire new one, just find the latch. ShieldLab had the right part at a good price with fair shipping costs. it arrived in a just a couple of days, I installed it as it fit perfectly and works like new.

Trinity 788 Handle Spring

It was quite easy to order the spring from the site. The price of $6.00 for the spring is reasonable. The shipping fee is unreasonable. $12.26 for ground shipping via FedEx that took a week to get. I would suggest that they use USPS 2 day delivery that's much cheaper and the customers will appreciate it unless the company is keeping part of the shipping fee.

Great products at a great price, coupled with rapid delivery and EXCELLENT customer service

An error was made on my initial order but when I called about it, Ralph Winn took personal responsibility for the minor error (1 item was not shipped). While we were talking he found the item that had been overlooked and began the process of getting it shipped. A few minutes later I received an e-mail from Ralph with the tracking number. The item arrived shortly thereafter. Not THAT'S customer service !! Additionally, I made the mistake of ordering several items on the same day, but a few minutes apart, thereby incurring 2 separate shipping charges. SOOOOOOOOOO, when Ralph noticed that a customer (me) placed 2 separate orders (with 2 separate shipping charges), he arranged for all items to ship in a single box, and arranged for the 2nd shipping charge to be eliminated. Meaning he not only corrected the company's slight oversight, but fixed the problem I created. Can it get any better than that ??!! Damn straight I'll be back, and will definitely mention the matter and recommend these folks to my friends. Keep up the great work!!
