Spent almost $50 for a belt that is too small for my Chamberlain SL3000UL gate opener 1/2hp. There is 3 types of belt for this model. 1/2 Hp belt, 1/2 HP DC2000 backup belt, or 1 HP belt.
Horrific warranty service. Charge me $149 for a part that I can buy on ebay for $7.44 even after having a warranty ticket number from vendor
We placed our order before noon on Thursday with 2 day shipping. We understand the 2 day shipping goes into affect once the product ships. However when I called Monday to follow up on the order I was told the item was out of stock at the time the order was placed but expected to be in soon.... I asked if there was a notification sent that I may have overlooked and was told no. When we place an order and pay extra for quicker shipping, we are in need of the part quickly. This was our first experience with your company, and it is discouraging to know I have to keep a close eye on my order as a result of not being notified there might be a delay in processing.
