Up to 3 days for withdrawals!
The reply here is laughable – doesn’t even make reference to the key complaint being the speed of transfer.
This bank is ok - used to offer pretty good savings rates but not any more on the instant access accounts but the most irritating thing is to withdraw cash to your linked account has a 2-3 day delay depending on the day of the week you do it. In 2026 that’s simply not good enough.
All that said, when I have spoken to them, they’ve been amazing to deal with - otherwise this would be an easy 1-2 out of 5.

scheme so if you transfer / deposit funds at the wrong time eg the weekend or just before then you stand to lose a lot of interest if the amount you are transferring is substantial. Shawbrook- make it clear in bold wording on your savings home page!!! But that wouldn't be in your interest to do would it?
