Next day delivery and the filters/felts fit. Great!

Have purchased several ninja products but recently the ninja ice cream maker. Sadly the mechanism that drives the device started smoking and caught fire. I reported the problem and everything seemed straightforward to have it replaced. However weeks on i am still waiting for the correct packing label to return the product following an initial email saying the product was juat going to be replaced.
Customer service is shocking.
Last ninja I will be investing in.
Not a premium sevice you should expect from a product in this price category. Build quality questionable.

Outstanding customer service when identifying and ordering spare parts for my son's shark duo clean vacuum cleaner. Initial inspection of machine led to think I don't like the machine, it's to fiddly, too complicated and too much plastic. HOWEVER, customer service was outstanding, parts identified, order placed and items received within 24hrs. When re assembled I was very impressed with performance and I will seriously consider changing from my current Dyson to Shark. My experience of Shark CUSTOMER SUPPORT/ AFTER SALES was OUTSTANDING.

The website is very easy to navigate.

I have been keeping an eye out for a fan I wanted prior to the sell out over the summer.

However the fan i have bought is a new variation and doubles up as a cold air blowing fan in the summer and warm air blowing fan in the winter. I have tried both warm and cold fan options, both are great, and quiet, so even better.

I also got the fan with an offer, it was almost 1/3 off the price!

It comes with a 2 year warranty, so I will see how I get on with it. So far, very happy, from ordering, to delivery, which took 2 days.
