From ordering to delivery I was most impressed as I ordered the Shark on a Sunday and was expecting a few days before delivery, to my utter amazement it arrived the next day, can't fault the service.

Fantastic service. Had a warranty issue which was dealt with immediately and within 2 days I received the replacement part.

Parcel never turned up despite getting emails saying it was delivered to home. No photo or anything

Always super quick delivery, 2 year guarantee when shopping direct. The the flexibreeze fan i purchased is the 2nd one. We have 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Absolutely brilliant but of kit, very powerful, quiet and they produce a great wind type brezze on the lower settings. Remove & oscillating also 👌🏻
