Waste of time - data harvesting for scammers
Paid the fee, was accepted into a YouTube sharing. Nothing happened for days. Then cancelled. This happened twice. In each instance the subscription owner had my details and email address as shared with them. Then they simple removed me. Meaning after a week my time has been wasted and my private details given to likely scammers. Completely ridiculous platform avoid at all costs.

Dodgy
I have an account with subs on it, tried to contact for 3 times to remove my Revolut Iban account in Euros so i don’t have to pay any fees and leave my Lloyds Iban account in pounds, as all the money has been paid into my wallet in pounds. But they go around and around and don’t do anything. Be careful all they want is fees…No way to remove an Iban account ourselves, no option. Card payments you can, but not Iban accounts. Dodgy, very dodgy

My brother paid 8 € for Spotify (3 months because he didn't know how to cancel it) but the seller that offered the slot sent him a link with an invite to an account without empty slots so my brother couldn't join. He wrote to the seller right away and the seller ignored it. I was helping him now to get his money back so we opened a dispute. They have the logs the seller ignored him and the sub wasn't working and still only refunded 1.8 € out of 8 € which isn't even the cost of a full month.
Hopefully it was just a mistake and their whole business model isn't stealing from children but as of now, it still wasn't resolved. It's impossible to contact an actual human to resolve the issue.

Regarding the refund amount, it's important to note that each month, the payments made by co-subscribers are transferred directly to the subscription owner. Once a monthly payment has been transferred, Sharesub no longer has access to those funds. Any refund is therefore calculated according to the period concerned and the results of the claim investigation.
We would also like to reassure you that Sharesub has a human customer support team available 7 days a week. While some requests are initially handled by our automated tools to speed up processing, cases requiring a detailed review are always examined by our support team.

Great way to save money on subscriptions
I’ve been using Sharesub for a while now and it’s been a really positive experience. I mainly use it for Duolingo, and it saves me money every month.
The platform is easy to use, with everything clearly laid out so you always know what you’re paying and managing. I did have an issue where I was unexpectedly kicked out of a family group, but I contacted support and they responded quickly, immediately issuing a refund. I was then able to join a new family without any hassle.
