Ghosting my emails as well. Can’t get in contact with them.

Horrible company that overcharge you. Stay away.
Horrible company. They have overcharged me significantly for my box and will not respond to any of my emails or reimburse the charged amount. Had to change my card to make sure they don't keep milking.
Someone should report them!

Horrible service
Used to work flawlessly in their app. Now it keeps saying “Cabinet is offline” and nobody replies in their chat. The whole purpose of having a subscription for their box is that your should be able to access it without any problems….

Great service for hotels

Surprisingly easy to handle - super!
It was really surprisingly easy - I was impressed. My cousin was standing in front of the box and I was more than 500km away (still in Amsterdam) and the box opened in 2 sec. to get the keys for our rented apartment. Great experience! Would be great to have this in the Netherlands too!
