One of the most impactful features has been Zubie’s smoke-detection system. It has drastically improved customer experience by reducing odor issues, speeding up vehicle turnaround times, and helping us keep our fleet cleaner than ever. Our tiered fee structure is now backed by clear, objective data that removes disputes and ensures fairness for both customers and our team.
Zubie has also played a key role in identifying high-risk behavior. When someone smokes in a vehicle or disrespects it—especially after being warned or charged—Zubie reliably flags those events. In our experience, these behaviors often signal deeper issues. The individuals who repeatedly break simple rules frequently turn out to be unauthorized drivers, involved in criminal activity, or engaging in other serious violations. With Zubie’s alerts, we’re able to catch these situations early and take action before they escalate.

Excruciating experience working with this place. They are solely set on getting you locked into monthly payments with them, 3 out of the 5 we started with simply were defective and did not work, and they would not waive any charges for that month, despite seeing it live in front of them they weren’t connecting or working, the gps page is laggy in itself when it does work, would honestly do anything to go backwards and time and not initiate any purchases of these and would rather use an air tag than these finicky devices with poor onboarding and customer service you can’t get a hold of, especially once you have issues they are avoidant, anything to prevent a refund..

heed my warning. this company is a racket. after a few months the device stopped working and now I can't get them to stop billing. it has auto renewed for a second year and they tell me they won't cancel it for another 8 months until august. I am going to contact the BBB and file a complaint because companies are no longer allowed to conduct business like this. Maybe its the to start a class action suit!! shame on zubie

Zubie continued to charge me for 15 months after I requested to close. you don't actually ever talk to anyone just some bot. Worthless company and i would not recomend any small business use this horrible company. All of the other vendors closed my accounts when i lost my business. NOT this company

I sold my vehicle and it keeps charging me. I contacted service which never responds. They said I have to continue my subscription till the date and then it auto renewed. There is no way to turn this off! I tried removing my cc but could not. The service didn’t work well either it didn’t update where the vehicle was in real time.
After having Zubie for years
After having Zubie for years, noticed it has gotten slower and slower. Also had a feature taken away that I used all the time. Now had a key stop working and had to wait a couple months for the 4G keys to come out before they would give me a replacement. Decided to cancel my service. Found out I canceled 30 days past the renew period so now I don't have service and they kept my money for the year. Great way to do business Zubie. I won't ever be back, and I hope other people find out how they are before signing up.
This company is horrible at follow-up
This company is horrible at follow-up. Weeks of missed demos, non-responses and lack of follow-through. How can you possibly learn about the product with this type of service. Why would you even want this service if this is the customer service experience.
9/25/18 - response to Hillary- Jeff is well aware of my info and I have the emails to prove it. I reached out to him, and he asked for my availability and I responded and still have not heard back from him. The same with the original demo. He claimed he didn't have my number in an email. At that point I was already trying out Hum since the response was so delayed. I didn't like Hum so I reached back out to him and as I personally stated, he asked my availability, I gave it and never heard back.

Found it very easy to use; plug n play. Has many useful attributes. I personally like the diegnostic capabilities. Very useful when you deal with people who don’t tell you anything is wrong until the freakin’ wheels are about to fall off! Like being able to fix things when you’re supposed to, rather than when you have to!

I bought this for my daughter's car as a piece of mind for my wife. Over the course of two years I've never had a complaint or been disappointed. Live map reading dose have a small lag but for the pice of mind to know where they are, about how far, when they get there or when they leave ( all through app notification ) a little lag is not a big deal. I still use it today and am very happy with my purchase.

My husband has dementia
My husband has dementia. Zubie has given me so much peace of mind. I have had Zubie on his pickup for several years. He seldom drives anymore but when he does it is just around our small town so I can see where he is going and where he has been. A few years ago I was gone for a couple of hours and he decided to go get gas for his truck. Shortly after I arrived home he walked in. He could not remember where he had been or where he had left his truck. I checked Zubie, located the truck at a gas station he had never visited before. Without Zubie I would probably have spent days looking for that truck, but instead we found it in minutes. I have recmmended Zubie to many people.

When my older son first got his license (16 1/2 yrs old) his mom and I were really worried that he would speed and go places he should not be going.
The idea of tracking his location and driving with Zubie was great and for the first year we had a terrific deal. However, when it came time to renew, the subscription price seemed high compared to apps that we can have on the smartphones that let us track location and speed for the whole family. So we did not renew. Yes we are missing out on car diagnostic alerts but that seems like a minor tradeoff.
