Holiday cottage in West Cork
The booking process was easy on line, Shamrock Cottages seemed to take several hours to confirm the booking but then we were kept informed regularly regarding our holiday. It seems a long time 5 days before you receive breakages deposit. We had a lovely holiday, wonderful hosts, perfect cottage and an incredible garden.

It was an amazing place the scenery…
It was an amazing place the scenery just hits you as you pull on the driveway. You do need a car though to get around. The people we met were really friendly. We would go back again

Shamrock cottages are helpful and will book ferry crossings, Stena cancelled my outgoing ferry so I had an added expense getting a last minute booking on Irish Ferries. Shamrock organised the refund of the original ferry booking. The cottage was in a quiet and scenic location , good and well appointed.

A very easy company to deal with
We rented a wonderful cottage through Shamrock Cottages. The whole process was easy. The price we were quoted was very reasonable. We also booked ferry crossings from Holyhead to Dublin with them. I will definitely use them again.

Amazing cottage !!!
Amazing cottage , definitely a home from home feel , had everything u needed to cook and enjoy family meals in the evening, shower was so good, coffee machine so good!
Karl and Martina are an absolute credit to this place, they really looked after us, beautiful people.
The beach is a 5 min walk , and there is plenty to do nearby if you like the great outdoors , and for the kids emerald park, Clara lara and beyond the trees is a must.
About to book again for next year!

Super accomodation and location
With better weather this would have been a fabulous holiday with plen ty of places to visit and engage with.
Excellent property and very friendly owners who were on call nearby.
The location is stunning and keeps you engaged for hours with glorious sea views.

Nice location but no screens for midges…
Nice location but no screens for midges and mosquitos on windows so couldn’t open windows and house was extremely stuffy because of this for our stay. There is also no coffee machine.

An Irish gem…
This is the first time we have booked with
Shamrock cottages but I would use them again. We found a brilliant stay in the Annexe, Annestown. A well appointed cottage and friendly, helpful hosts in a stunning location.
