The original pendant I ordered was for a Christmas present so you can understand my disappointment that within less than 3 months it had broken.
I contacted yourselves by email, the reply was prompt with a link.
I assumed this link was for a replacement, however it was to make a new purchase. ?? Which I did because I was embarrassed about the necklace breaking so quickly.
