Products are woeful

Products are woeful.

Ordered a compressor and I thought I just couldn’t get the connection right. Upon close inspection the regulator was cracked so was impossible to use. Phone lines are pointless as I waited 30 mins on hold and still no answer so I gave up. I’m exactly the type to just issue a court claim if the give me the slightest run around. Really really poor service and product.

Total garbage

Total garbage. Orders two gas struts fir rear boot of Mercedes estate. They just failed almost instantly. Also, when I ordered, I specifically did not want emails from them, now am bombarded with like 10 messages a day that has nothing to do with me. Complained about the product, to date, have been ignored.

Poor quality jacks, Warranty not honoured

Bought a low profile jack from them and only ever used it to lift cars under 2 tons, always with axle stands—so it wasn’t exactly under heavy use. Over time it started playing up, and one day it suddenly gave out, which could’ve ended really badly. I was still within the warranty, so I got in touch and sent loads of emails, photos, and videos. After all that, they said there was nothing wrong and didn’t offer a replacement or any help. Now it just sits in the garage because I don’t trust it, and I’m looking for something better.

Absolutely woeful

Absolutely woeful. Placed an order for a aircompressor and canceled almost immediately after. They still sent it out the next day and expects me to pay the £45 return fee!

Shocking customer service. They act all sarcastic to you and couldn't care less. Avoid avoid avoid

Shocking customer experience

Shocking! Had 3 compressors of this company each one has broken, although they are under warranty they still won’t fix the problems!
Latest one is only 4 months old and it cooked already

Take Care

They are very helpful in many respects but whatever you do, don't make a mistake and order anything that you aren't absolutely convinced is the right purchase for you.

Even if you pay return postage, they won't offer refunds.

Trolley Jack was leaking

Trolley Jack was leaking, luckily still under warranty,

As a sign of goodwill they are willing to supply the seal kit for FREE.... Yes FREE..... ooo wait a second...
the carriage charge for said FREE kit is £14.95+VAT hahahahahahaaaaa

What an absolute joke.

I shall repair myself thank you & use some where else for my jacks in future.

I was gonna give 2 stars, as the emails received are very professional & I like that but given the fact that I have now read the other reviews on here, thought it was more fitting to vent my anger at the charges they wanted for the FREE kit!

should of just sent me one using 2nd class royal mail!

Compressor damaged and faulty

Compressor
Purchased SGS 150lt compressor on a Thursday item arrived late. Promised next day delivery but arrived on the Monday. Unpacked compressor arrived filled with oil and air filter in place. Free oil had no markings on bottle just a white bottle. Put oil vent valve on. Dust Cover was stuck in belt cage. So travelled without dust cap. Box a little damaged. Compressor paint work scuffed. Not secured to pallet ? Moving while transported marks of paint on inner box. Paintwork down to metal in parts. Started compressor and found to be leaking air from valve. ??? This compressor already been out and returned. Contacted customer service for return. Found this process good for return. But then it’s gone downhill waiting for contact for arrival there end one week then I had to contact twice. Refund took longer than expected. Customer service good when ringing in or e mail. But lacking on following up problems. Looked to be a good compressor if the item worked and wasn’t so many concerns. Shame it handen’t been checked prior to dispatch and why it takes so long to return to there warehouse, picked up in 48hrs. 5 plus days and then had to contact SGS Engineering to see if it had arrived first contact no show second contact arrived.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Brought a compressor at the beginning of April, I used it for an hr and it stopped building pressure. I rang them up as it was within 30 days of buying it and they stated the needed it back to do a inspection. Sent it back and they are saying the gaskets have blown and cooling fins have broken off. They are trying to say it's my fault and not a manufacturer fault, I only used it once for an hr then it broke. They are saying the can repair it at double the cost of the compressor or I can buy a new one.
It's an absolute joke trying to get any help from them or my money back.
So I payed out for compressor that's broken in an hr of using and they won't replace or give my money back.
I urge everyone NOT TO BUY FROM THE PEOPLE!!! You will be left with crap equipment/out of pocket.
I'm off to trading standards to try and get my money back.
I will update this weekly while this company continue to scam people

Don't buy from these

Don't buy from these . I bought a rechargeable tyre inflator it arrived and didn't work so back and forth with emails with them telling me I need to charge for 3 hours etc did everything they said still didn't work after more emails they said they'd arange collection for it to be tested and if there was no fault I'd have to pay charges. They do everything they can to keep the money . It's hard work sorting issues out they don't want to give refunds . Poor customer service

Faulty product and terrible customer service.

The Stihl leaf blower I bought arrived with a broken feature but a replacement was refused as it wasn't reported within 24 hours. This is unreasonable given the courier delivered my blower to a neighbour so the 24 hours expired before I even received it! Rigid and unhelpful customer service (Maisie and Abbie) so I won't buy from them again.
