Very diligent
Kerrie was great. Kept in touch, had everything sorted before I even got to ask. Petch liaised with the car manufacturer and their diligence led to the right result - my car issue resolved.

The service from all the staff was, as always excellent. Booked in for annual service and MOT. I moved from Darlington to London but come to Petch each year, I know Lauren will always look after me and my car!

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Communication from dealership is non existent. Complained to Stephen Petch himself with a specific list of issues and he has also failed to reply or communicate. Level of service appears to be passed down from the top. Picked a family run business in the hope that customer service may still be something they pride themselves on. Absolutely not the case. Disgusted by the service level received and would never use or recommend.

Gone but not forgotten
After online research looked at a Kia Inster with Sam. Couldn't get my drums in so looked elsewhere. Because Sam had listened to our requirements he searched and couple days later he contacted us with a car that fitted our requirements exactly.
